Palatal fistulae were repaired by this method, 4 pedicled superior-anteriorly and 14 pedicled posteriorly, 7 of which got velopharyngeal incompetence correction at the same time. Results All of the patients got satisfactory fistula closure except 3 complications. One flap got partly necrosis and two got fistulae at the hard palate. However, the fistula sizes were reduced greatly and one has been re-repaired well by the transferred buccinator musculomucosal flap one year later.

结果：共修复腭瘘患者18例；其中15例腭部瘘孔获得关闭，颊肌黏膜瓣成活良好，无感染、腮腺导管损伤或阻塞、面神经损伤，无张口受限、瘢痕挛缩及咀嚼障碍；2例因岛状颊肌粘膜瓣远端愈合不良再次出现硬腭前端瘘口，但面积较原来明显减小，其中1例再发腭瘘应用已转移到腭部的颊肌粘膜瓣组织行二次手术修复后愈合；1例岛状颊肌粘膜瓣部分坏死。

The authors described their technique for the treatment of these fractures with use ofclosed reduction and percutaneous pin fixation and reported oerall excellent results, with no instances of nonunion, cubitus arus, malunion, additional surgery, or loss of motion.

作者描述了他们使用闭合复位，经皮克氏针固定治疗这些骨折的手术技巧，并报告取得良好效果，无一例不愈合，肘内翻畸形愈合，二次手术以及活动功能丧失。

The patients were recalled 6 months to 5years post operation. 8 cases healed with well face form,could masticate pap after denture restoration,without incision dehiscence or titaniumplate exposure. X -ray photographs showed no absorption of the transplanted bone, no image of lowdensity between titani-um plate and transplanted bone.

结果：钛板携带种植体植入下颌骨后切口一期愈合，6个月至5年随访，8例面部形态恢复良好，安装基台行义齿修复后可咀嚼软食，未见伤口裂开和钛板外露，X线拍片见种植体周围的植骨生存良好，植骨与种植体之间无低密度影

Here we present a case of 21 year-old male who suffered from recurrent swelling in left side of mandible which had received surgery for ossifying fibroma in another hospital when he was 19 years old. Obvious facial asymmetry was noted but no sensory dysfunctions were detected. The lesion showed well-demarcated, multilocular radiolucency but radiopacity centrally. We applied segmental resection via extra-oral approach and reconstructed with anterior iliac crest bone graft. After removal of MMF in six week, the wound healed well and joint function was good without malocclusion. After follow-up of one year, no recurrences were noted.

本病例为－21岁之男性，在19岁时因为左下颚骨角区肿大在某医院接受外科手术处理，术后病理报告为骨化纤维瘤，因为复发的肿胀而来本院寻求治疗，临床检查并无疼痛及下唇区感觉异常的问题，放射线影像为周界清晰，多腔室放射透过性合并中央放射不透过性之不规则小块，手术方式为从口外颚下切线，做下颚骨片段式切除，并以肠骨脊海绵骨移植修补骨缺损加以颚间固定六周，术后伤口恢复及愈合良好，颚骨关系稳定无咬合异常的情况，无张口受限的问题。

and discussion The research results indicate that WCL has a function of resisting ulcer and accelerating healing of ulcer and it is safe to use in clinic. WCL is helpful for preventing gastric ulcer of different causes, including muriatic acid-ethanol ulcer, pylorus ligated ulcer, cold-restraint-stress ulcer, and chronic acetic acid ulcer.

胃肠乐对不同机制形成的多种溃疡：盐酸-乙醇溃疡、幽门结扎溃疡、冷束缚应激溃疡、乙酸慢性溃疡均有良好的防治作用，尤其对盐酸—乙醇、应激性溃疡作用优于洛赛克，对乙酸慢性溃疡的防治和溃疡愈合质量效果明显。

objectiveto determine the effect of the furlow's method combined with bilateral relaxant incision on reconstruction of the soft palate fissure after palatorrhaphy.methods8 patients, who suffered from soft palate fissure after palatorrhaphy, were operated with the furlow's method combined with bilateral sufficient relaxant incision from 2003 to 2007.resultsall patients' wound healed well without oronasal fistulas or palate fissure.

目的：探讨采用furlow法整复腭裂术后软腭复裂的效果。方法：选2003年～2007年间我科收治的腭裂术后复裂患者，对其中8例软腭复裂的患者采用furlow法联合双侧松弛切口进行修复。结果：8例患者伤口均愈合良好，未见腭部穿孔或伤口裂开。

Four cases with maxillary osteotomy developed bone unhealing in the lateral wall of the maxilla, with oral antral fistula in 2 patients. CONCLUSIONS: With orthognathic surgery and rigid internal fixation, it is easy to reduce long-standing maxillofacial fracture and recover normal occlusion.

Abstract］ objective to discuss the clinical meaning of the treatment of tibial plateau fracture by mipo and operation method.methods 34 cases of tibial plateau fracture with schatzker typeⅰ～ⅴ were treated by mipo during march 2005 to june 2007,then followed-up all the cases.results using mipo to treat the tibial plateau fracture in reducing bleeding and operating time,all cases had no tresis vulnus infection and necrosis,no fracture disunion,no loosening and breaking of internal fixations,etc.the knees function regained well.conclusion treating tibial plateau fractures with mipo has little obstructe in environment of fracture healing through minimally invasive,has fortes of minimally invasive,firm of internal fixations,low rate of infection,high rate of fracture healing,can reduce the complications,fit principle of biologic fixation.

目的 讨论应用微创接骨板固定术在治疗胫骨平台骨折中的临床意义及手术方法。方法运用mipo技术治疗2005年3月～2007年6月34例schatzkerⅰ～ⅴ型胫骨平台骨折，并对其进行随访观察。结果运用mipo技术治疗胫骨平台骨折，手术时间短，术中出血量少，没有发生伤口感染坏死、骨折不愈合和内固定松动、断裂等并发症，术后患者膝关节功能恢复良好。结论 mipo在治疗胫骨平台骨折时以微创来提供尽可能少受干扰的骨折愈合环境，具有创伤小、固定确实、感染率低、骨折愈合率高等优点，减少了并发症的发生，符合生物学固定的原理。
