Sponsored by the Scientific Research Foundation of Harbin Institute of Technology, this dissertation aims to establish microrobot walking in pipe with the diameter of 16mm to 18mm based on abundant of investigation and research work. Different research approaches are implemented, ranging from basis study to unit technology to system. An in-depth research on in-pipe micro locomotive and controller was conducted on the basis of piezoelectric bimorph actuator and the principle of Impact Drive Motion .

本文在&哈尔滨工业大学科学研究基金&支持下，以建立在直径φ16mm～φ18mm的管内行走的微小型机器人及其控制系统为目标，进行了大量的调研和研究工作，采用从基础技术，单元技术到系统集成的研究方法，对基于双压电膜驱动和采用惯性冲击式运动机理的管内移动机器人及其控制系统进行深入的研究。
