For the first patern, elastic dynamics is adopted to study the steady state rolling contact, elastic dynamics incorporating with rigid dynamics is adopted to study the non-steady state. For the steady state, the analytical solution is obtained, and for the non-steady state, the variational formulation to solve the problem numerically is derived For the later patern, the function type friction coefficient is introduced. On the basis of the quasi-stastic theories of constant friction coefficients, both the exact theory and the simplified theory of the function type friction coefficient are established, the computer programms for both the theories are also made out. Using the function type friction coefficient, Shen-Hedrick-Elkins theory's application range is extended to large creepage .

对于速度对接触体力学特性的影响，本文采用弹性动力学方法和弹性动力学与刚体动力学相结合的方法分别对稳态和非稳态两种情况进行了研究，得到了稳态情况的解析解，给出了对非稳态情况进行数值求解的变分公式；对于速度对相关物理量的影响，本文主要讨论了速度对摩擦系数的影响，在滚动接触准静态理论的基础上引进了函数型摩擦系数，建立了函数型摩擦系数的滚动接触准静态精确理论和简化理论，并分别编制了相关的计算程序，还用函数型摩擦系数将简便的Shen-Hedrick-Elkins理论的适用范围扩展到大蠕滑区。

When the gas flux is constant, the ratio of reduced resistance is improved with the increase of the water stream velocity. However, the relationship between the gas flux and the ratio of reduced resistance is more complex. When the water stream velocity is constant, if the gas flux is small in contrast, the effectiveness of reduced resistance is not obvious. But when the gas flux increased, the jetted gas will form """"archform"""" which will augment the shape resistance. In this condition, resistance could not be reduced and could even be increased, if the gas flux continues to be increased. So that there needs setting a baffle called step, which introduces the jetted gas into the turbulence boundary layer. In this case, the shape resistance may be fairly great. Besides, the waterline of model has also some effect on the ratio of reduced resistance, which acts on the size of wave. If waterline is deep, the wave could not affect the deployment of microbubble layer, so there is almost no effect on ratio of reduced resistance. However, the wave would affect distributing of microbubble layer under the model so that the gas could leak out from the two sides of model and directly affect the ratio of reduce resistance if the waterline is very small. Whether installing the dashplate or not has also the great influence on the effectiveness the ratio of reduced resistance. From the results of experiment, conclusion is that adding dashplate will greatly improve the effectiveness of reduced resistance.

当喷气量一定时，水流速度增大，减阻率提高；喷气量与减阻率之间的关系比较复杂，速度一定时，如果喷气量较小，减阻效果就比较差，但当喷气量增大的话，喷射出的气体就会形成一个&拱度&，增加了船模的形状阻力，在这种情况下最好采取断阶喷气，把气体引入到湍流边界层中，在这种情况下，船模的形状阻力比较大；船模的吃水对减阻率也有一定的影响，主要表现在波浪大小上，如果吃水较深，波浪影响不到微气泡层的分布，对减阻率不会造成太大影响，如果吃水较浅，波浪就会影响到微气泡层在船模底部的覆盖情况，可能会有部分微气泡从船模两侧泄漏，这样就直接影响到了减阻效果；是否安装压浪板，对减阻率也有较大的影响，从试验结果可以看出，在船模尾部加设了压浪板时，减阻效果明显得到改善。

Secondly, summarized the management system of part-time faculty in Zhongqiao, pointed out the experiences and disadvantages through comparing by using many methods like questionnaire、 interview and statistic to make a further survey on aspects of part-time faculty management status quo: questionnaire survey on employing management, compensation, motivation and performance evaluation and the expectation and evaluation of the student to the teacher; interview survey on the bepuzzlement and measure of administrators; statistic survey on performance evaluation, liquidity and compensation of the part-time faculty.

其次概述了上海中侨学院兼职教师的管理制度，并通过调查问卷、访谈和数据统计等方法对上海中侨学院兼职教师的实际管理现状作了深入调查研究。在兼职教师的聘任情况，福利状况，激励现状，管理情况和学生对兼职教师的评价和期望等方面进行了调查研究；在学校管理者对兼职教师管理上的困惑和解决措施等方面进行了访谈研究；在兼职教师的绩效评估、流动性、薪资福利等实际管理情况进行了统计分析。

The paper introduces the characteristics and performance of HGIS devices and their application in Bao'an Converter Station of GuiGuang II DC Project,and analyzes the abnormal condition that a 500 kV HGIS disconnector did not work correctly due to the difference between its framework and blueprint.Based on the analysis of the original blueprint,three design alternation schemes are presented and compared to compensate the mismatch,and the realization of a scheme in this station is discussed.In addition,some suggestions about design,commissioning and operation of an HGIS are proposed.

笔者首先简要介绍了HGIS设备的特点、性能以及国产500 kV HGIS开关设备在贵广II回直流工程宝安换流站的应用情况，接着分析了因隔离开关机构箱与设计图存在一些差别导致现场调试过程中出现隔离开关不能正常操作的情况，在分析原始设计图的设计原则的基础上，给出了3种设计变更方案及其优劣性对比，介绍了该站所选方案的具体实现情况，最后给出了在今后的HGIS设计、调试和运行过程中须注意的几点建议。

Subsequently, the content is about the flying of a shuttle, because the course of the flying of a shuttle is very complex, it is necessary to study the shuttle according to mechanics and to analyze its course of motion and its change of speed from the view of energy.

第五章谈的是梭箱，这部分从梭箱的设计原理入手，从结构的角度对梭箱进行分析，考虑到梭箱上各执行件间的动作存在一定的逻辑关系，还对执行件动作时间与控制作出论述，从中可以看出重型宽幅织机所独有的特性；第六章论述投梭机构，先构造出投梭机＿重型宽幅织机引纬机构与梭箱的设计＿构的弹性理论模型，从动力学的角度剖析投梭规律，随后分析液压式投梭的工作原－－理和一些特型元器件；第七章论述梭子的飞行运动，考虑到梭子飞行运动的复杂性，我们把梭子飞行运动划分为三个阶段，然后分阶段介绍其运动规律，在对梭子进行＿运动分析的同时还详细分析它的受力情况，在这一章的最后，我们对影响梭子飞行＿的因素也作出了讨论；顺沿这一过程，即是第八章对制梭机构的论述，在这一部分，、主要研究制梭过程与制梭力的情况，同梭子飞行过程一样，制梭过程也分为三个阶段，就每个阶段而言，我们都对其进行受力与运动方面分析，同时也就一些容易出现的问题作出讨论；最后两章是对纬纱交接机构和纬纱的退绕与张力控制作出讨＿论，鉴于这两部分不存在复杂的动力学方面的问题，论述重点便放在结构与原理的分析上面，包括分解纬纱交接机构，解析其动作过程，介绍储纬与纬纱张力的一些情况。

Drug sensitive test and three-dimensional test220 strains of Pa were isolated from hospitalized patients between 2003 and 2007. K-B method was used to tested the susceptibility of 10 different antibiotics. IRPa was screened by testing the minimal inhibitory concentration of imipemem by using agar diluiion method.The susceptibility of these IRPa to the antibiotics was analysised. Three-dimensional test was used to identify the different kinds of beta lactamases from 220 strains of Pa.2.Carbarpenems hydrolytic enzyme genes and oprD2 gene were detectedamong the selected IRPa strains, PCR method was performed to detect carbapenemase genes which included GES、KPC、SPM、VIM、IMP、GIM gene and the oprD2 gene;Multiplex PCR were used to detect OXA genes and plasmid-mediated AmpC beta lactamase genes; The expression of the chromosomal AmpC beta lactamases and oprD2 genes in IRPa strains were analyzed by Real-time PCR.3.Identification and characterization of integronsIntegrase gene was detected by PCR, and the classification of integrons was performed by using restriction fragment length polymorphism.PCR was performed to detect the qacE△1-sull gene,and the gene cassetes which are located at variable region of integrons in the strains were detected to be positive.

方法1、药敏实验和三维实验收集2003～2007年临床分离的220株Pa，对这些菌株采用K-B法测定10种临床常用抗生素的药敏情况，同时采用琼脂稀释法检测亚胺培南的最低抑菌浓度(Minimal inhibitory concentration，MIC)，筛选出对亚胺培南耐药的铜绿假单胞菌，并分析其对其它抗生素的药物敏感率；采用三维实验的方法分析220株Pa产β内酰胺酶的类型。2、碳青霉烯类水解酶和oprD2蛋白的检测针对鉴定的IRPa菌株，采用普通PCR方法检测具有碳青霉烯水解作用的β内酰胺酶耐药基因(GES、KPC、SPM、VIM、IMP、GIM基因)和oprD2基因，采用多重PCR的方法检测OXA型基因和质粒携带的AmpC酶基因，用荧光定量RT-PCR方法检测oprD2蛋白基因表达情况；同时对产AmpC酶的Pa(25株，含IMP耐药和敏感株)用RT-PCR方法检测AmpC酶基因的表达量情况。3。
