The results indicated the best medium for supension co-culture with Daucus carota and Daucus carota is MS, 2, 4-D 2 mg/L, NAA 1 mg/L and KT 0.2 mg/L, after 25 d the polysaccharide content of co-culture reaches the highest level 0.203 mg/g, and the saponin content of co-culture is 1.85mg/g, higher 3.35% than saponin of Panax ginseng culture.

结果表明，人参与胡萝卜悬浮混合培养的最佳基质为MS、2，4-D2mg/L、NAA1mg/L、KT0.2mg/L，在培养25d时混合培养物的多糖含量达到最高，浓度达到0.203mg/g，混合培养物的皂苷含量为1.85mg/g，比人参悬浮培养物皂苷含量高出3.35%。

Composition of suspension will chang from titanium monoxide to titanium dioxide during standstill procedure. Experimental results show that the proposed method can successfully prepare the anatase phase of titanium dioxide .In the photocatalysis experiment, the prepared titanium dioxide nanofluid absorbs the Ultraviolet when light wavelength was 360 to 380 nm. Adsorption experimental results show that the efficiency of absorbing methylene blue using TiO2 is higher than that for TiO2 (Degussa P-25) or ZnO. Depigmentation of methylene blue experimental using TiO2 can depigmentize methylene blue reach 100% in 60 min.

悬浮液所含之奈米颗粒在静置过程中，成份方面会由似一氧化钛转变为二氧化钛；在结晶组成方面，所制备之二氧化钛颗粒之结晶组成为锐钛矿结构；在光催化方面，所制备之奈米二氧化钛悬浮液在光波长360nm~380nm时产生吸收紫外光现象，在吸附实验中本制程所制备的二氧化钛颗粒的吸附效果优於商用的二氧化钛及氧化锌，在亚甲基蓝的脱色实验中本制程所制备的二氧化钛颗粒能在60分钟内达到脱色率100%。

The results showed that covering the dich slopes with shrub could significantly increase soil shear strength, compactness and moisture content, and the formed vegetation had significant effects on retarding runoff and removing TSS (P.05). Applying live fascines could significantly increase soil shear strength and TSS removal rate (P.05), but its effects on increasing soil compactness and moisture content and retaining runoff were not significant.

结果表明：与对照相比，使用灌丛垫技术修复后的坡岸土壤剪切力、紧实度和土壤湿度显著提高(P.05)，坡岸植被延缓径流和去除悬浮物效果显著(P.05)；使用柴笼技术修复后的坡岸土壤剪切力和悬浮物去除率显著提高(P.05)，但对土壤湿度、紧实度和雨水径流的延滞作用不太明显。

The sludge settling characteristic is satisfying with SV varying from 22 to 30 and SVI varying from 58 to 80ml/g.The sludge bulking problem has been avoided successfully. The excess sludge can be thickened to 3%-4 %. The alkalinity remains equilibrious between the nitrification and denitrification in SBR-BAF system. The COD and TP loading of SBR are 2.08kgCOD/kgMLSS·d and 41.68gTP/kgMLSS·d, respectively. The NH4+-N loading of BAF is 1.16kgNH_4~+-N/m~3.d. The total HRT is about 10 hours which is only about half of suspended growth process for simultaneous phosphorous and nitrogen removal. Under the above mentioned high loadings and short HRT, the mean removal efficiency of COD, TP, NH4+-N, TN is 96%, 98%, 93%, and 84%, respectively. The mean effluent concentration of COD, TP, NH4+-N, TN, SS is 20mg/L, 0.23 mg/L, 3.24 mg/L, 7.68 mg/L, 5 mg/L respectively, which means every index can meet the first class of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant.

最后，以上述最佳运行参数控制SBR-BAF系统运行，长期运行结果表明：系统中悬浮污泥的絮凝、沉降性能良好，SV值为22~30，SVI值为58~80，不再有污泥膨胀之虞，而且可以对剩余污泥进行重力浓缩，浓缩后污泥浓度可以达到3~4%；短程硝化和反硝化使得系统可以维持碱度平衡，无需额外补充碱度；系统在高负荷(SBR反应器COD负荷为2.08kgCOD/kgMLSS.d，TP负荷为41.68gTP/kgMLSS.d，BAF反应器NH4+-N负荷为1.16kgNH_4~+-N/m~3.d)、低水力停留时间(SBR反应器9h，BAF反应器1h，总计10h，约为同步脱氮除磷悬浮污泥工艺的一半)下稳定高效运行，对COD(不计BAF加入的外碳源)、TP、NH_4~+-N、TN的平均去除率为96%、98%、93%、84%，出水COD、TP、NH4+-N、TN、SS的平均浓度为20mg/L、0.23 mg/L、3.24 mg/L、7.68 mg/L、5 mg/L，各项水质指标均达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002 )一级标准的A标准的要求。
