Methods:49 male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into five groups: tail-suspension group I, fed with10 wt % corn oil, tail-suspension groups IK III, IV fed with three levels of fish oil (0.5, 1.5 or 3.0 wt %; low, middle and high level offish oil, respectively), normal gravity group V fed with 10 wt % corn011 served as normal control.

选用三周龄断乳雄性SD大鼠49只，采用最小体差法随机分为5组：Ⅰ组为悬吊对照组，饲喂含10wt％的玉米油饲料；Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组为悬吊实验组，分别饲喂含0.5wt％，1.5wt％和3.0wt％鱼油的合成饲料，并以玉米油调配各组饲料的总脂肪含量为10wt％；Ⅴ组为地面正常对照组，饲喂含10wt％的玉米油饲料。实验悬吊时间为30天。
