恶性瘤

Objective: Neuroblastoma is the most common extracranial malignant solid tumor of childhood and arises from the sympathetic nervous system.

目的：神经母细胞瘤(Neuroblastoma，NB)是小儿常见的恶性实体瘤之一，其预后与发生的年龄及临床分期等密切相关。

Results indicated that suppression of malignancy was observed in the hybrid cells, they became differentiated morphologically and functionally by:(1) changes in histochemical staining, nucleus-cytoplasm in ratio, and increase in cell size and nucleal heterochromation, but decrese in cell surface microvilli and number of nucleoli;(2) decrease of growth rate, mitotic index and DNA synthesis rate;(3) loss of the ability to growth in soft agar medium, and non-tumorigenic under heterotransplantation to nude mice;(4) reduction of chromosome number mainly of rat derivative and decrease in chromosomal aberration rate.

实验结果表明：（1）杂交细胞出现瘤细胞与网织红细胞杂交同样的表型逆转及去恶性化特征，主要表现在细胞体积增大、核质比例减小；DNA合同速率降低、分裂指数下降，细胞生长显著减慢；在软琼脂中不形成集落，在裸鼠体内失去了长瘤能力。

We evaluated 350 tumors: 136 ES, including 64 conventional ES, 64 proximal-type ES, and 8 with hybrid features of conventional and proximal-type ES; 54 metastatic carcinomas (22 from lung, 6 breast, 6 stomach, 5 colorectum, 5 kidney, 5 prostate, 5 pancreas); 12 metastatic testicular embryonal carcinomas; 20 metastatic melanomas; 20 epithelioid mesotheliomas; 20 epithelioid angiosarcomas; 10 epithelioid hemangioendotheliomas; 24 epithelioid malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors; 22 myoepithelial carcinomas of soft tissue; 7 anaplastic large cell lymphomas; 5 histiocytic sarcomas; and 10 control MRT of infancy (4 brain, 3 liver, 2 soft tissue, 1 kidney).

我们总共研究了350例肿瘤：136例ES，其中包括64例寻常型ES、64例近端型ES和8例混有前两型特征的混合型ES；54例转移癌（22例来自肺、6例来自乳腺、6例来自胃、5例来自结直肠、5例来着肾、5例来着前列腺、5例来着胰腺）；12例转移性睾丸胚胎性癌；20例转移性黑色素瘤；20例上皮样间皮瘤；20例上皮样血管肉瘤；10例上皮样血管内皮瘤；24例上皮样恶性外周神经鞘膜瘤；22例软组织的肌上皮癌；7例间变性大细胞淋巴瘤；5例组织细胞肉瘤；10例作为对照的婴幼儿MRT（4例位于脑、3例位于肝、2例位于软组织、1例位于肾）。

RESULTS A variable degree of vascular hyalinization and glioma intercellular with enhanced tenascin immunostaining was observed.Expression of tenascin and cell proliferation in gliomas correlated positively with each other and increased with the degree of tumor malignancy.

结果 胶质瘤与其增生血管内皮细胞均表达Tenascin，Tenascin基因表达与肿瘤细胞增殖指数呈显著正相关，随胶质瘤恶性程度提高，Tenascin和Ki-67表达均增强。

Results The total tumors and cranial bone around them were removed in 4 patients with intraosseous meningiomas.

病理检查显示，4例颅骨内脑膜瘤中，砂粒型2例，脑膜上皮型和恶性脑膜瘤各1例。

Grade II and III meningiomas and hemangiopericytomas: These are rare malignant meningeal tumors.

Methods 40 cases with the disease of unilateral cavitas nasi and accessory nasal cavity were retrospectively analyzed that were comfirmed by pathology.

Of the 39 patients, 14 were diagnosed as having renal cell carcinoma preoperatively, 1 as having perinephric liposarcoma, and the remaining 24 as having an angiomyolipoma.

肾旁恶性脂肪瘤，剩余二十四位肾血管肌脂肪瘤。影像学诊断的敏感度是百分之六十一点五。

Results In 9 cases of endometrial biopsy of materials by uterine curettage, the cells of endometrial stromal sarcomas of 6 cases were well differentiated and like stromal cells of endometrial hyperplasia; the cells of endometrial stromal sarcomas of 3 cases were poor differentiated, the cells of 2 were like that of malignant lymphoma, and another like that of pleomorphous sarcoma. In 9 cases were found the distribution of vessels cluster like endometrial corkscrew small artery. The tumor cells were grew along lymphatic or protruded in lymphatic, and there were small islands or small pieces of tumor cells in the interspace of muscles in 2 cases. The contrastive observation of the specimens of resected uterines of 9 cases confirmed the valve of above features to the confessed diagnosis of endometrial stromal sarcomas in the materials of endometrial biopsy or uterine curettage.

有3例分化差者，其中2例酷似恶性淋巴瘤，1例酷似多形性肉瘤。9例均见簇状分布的子宫内膜螺旋小动脉样的小血管分布，2例见瘤组织沿淋巴管和突入淋巴管内生长及小片平滑肌组织的肌间隙内有小灶状或小片状瘤组织分布。9例子宫切除标本的对比观察，进一步证实了上述特征对宫内膜活检或刮出物确诊子宫内膜间质肉瘤的价值。
