Resulte: In 12 infective lesions, including purulent infection (4 cases) and tuberculosis (8 cases), the correct dignosis was made in 4cases by CR and in 11 cases by CT. In 16 soft tissue tumors, including lipoma (7 cases), fibrosarcoma (4 cases), hemangioma (1 case), neurofibroma (1 case), malignant fibrous histocytoma (1case), aggressive fibromatosis (1 case) and liposarcoma (1 case), the correct diagnosis was made in 3cases by CR and in 14 cases by CT. In 11 bone lesions, including fibrous dysplasia (7 cases), chondroma (2 cases), myeloma and cosinophilic granuloma (1 case), the correct diagnosis was made in 8cases by CR and in 10 cases by CT.

结果：感染组12例中(包括化脓性感染4例，胸壁结核8例)，CR准确诊断4例，CT诊断11例；软组织肿瘤组16例中(包括脂肪瘤7例，纤维肉瘤4例，血管瘤、神经纤维瘤、恶性纤维组织细胞瘤、侵袭性纤维瘤病和脂肪肉瘤各l例)，CR准确诊断3例，CT诊断14例；骨肿瘤和肿瘤样病变组11例中(包括骨纤维异常增殖症7例，软骨瘤2例，多发性骨髓瘤和骨嗜酸性肉芽肿各1例)，CR准确诊断8例，CT诊断10例。

The malignant tumors included osteogenic osteosarcoma,metastasis tumor(six patients,two with pathologic fractures),chondrosarcoma,malignant fibrous histiocytoma (three patients,one with pathologic fracture),fibrosarcoma,and solitary myeloma.all patients received limb savage procedure with custom knee prosthesis including sevnteen cases of hinge joint and twentyone cases of posterior stability joints.

回顾分析我院接受定制型人工关节置换进行保肢治疗的股骨远端肿瘤患者38 例，其中良性肿瘤9 例，分别是骨巨细胞瘤7例(复发性骨巨细胞瘤5 例，骨折2例)，骨巨细胞瘤合并动脉瘤样骨囊肿1 例，骨母细胞瘤1 例；恶性肿瘤29 例，分别是成骨性骨肉瘤16 例，转移性肿瘤6例(骨折2例)，软骨肉瘤2 例，恶性纤维组织细胞瘤3例(骨折1例)，纤维肉瘤1 例，局灶性骨髓瘤1 例。

Objective To report 1 case with cardial malignant fibrohistiocytoma, and discuss its clinical pathological features based on literature review.

目的 报告1例罕见的心脏恶性纤维组织细胞瘤，结合文献复习，讨论心脏恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的临床病理特点。

None of the GISTs, desmoid tumors, inflammatory myofibroblastic tumors, schwannomas, dedifferentiated liposarcomas, or malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors showed cytoplasmic reactivity for smoothelin.

objective to evahiate the diagnostic value of us in malignant mixed mullerian tumor.methods 17 cases with mmmt were proved by surgery and pathology studied retrospectively and their ultrasonographic features were mainly reviewed.results of the 17 cases, 11 cases were in uterus, 3 cases were in cervixes,l case fallopian tubes,2 cases in ovaries.us can well demonstrate the extent、border and the relationship with adjacent tissue.conculusion the results showed that the 2 d and cdfi can provide valuable information in diagnosing.

摘 要］目的：探讨女性生殖系统恶性mullerian混合瘤的超声图像与病理组织类型的关系，以期为临床诊断提供准确的参考依据。方法：回顾性分析经手术和病理证实的17例女性生殖系统恶性mullerian混合瘤超声特征，并与病理学组织类型进行对比研究。结果：17例病例中发生在子宫体11例，子宫颈3例，输卵管1例，卵巢2例。二维超声能清楚显示肿瘤部位、大小范围、边界以及与临近结构的关系。结合彩色多普勒对肿瘤性质的判定具有重要意义。

This is a retrospective analysis of 194 patients with primary malignant brain tumor, who registered between January 1, 1970 and December 31, 1979 in cancer registration, Cancer Therapy Center, Veterans General Hospital, Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C. There were 36 cases of glioblastoma multiforme, 86 cases of malignant astrocytoma (grade Ⅲ and a few grade Ⅱ), 22 of medulloblastoma, 12 of oligodendroglioma, 11 of ependymoma or ependymoblastoma and 27 cases of other types. There were 141 male cases with ages ranging from ito 81 years with a mean of 33.3±19.3 and median of 34 years.

自1970年1月至1979年12月台北荣民总医院癌病治疗中心癌病登记组共登记了194例原发恶性脑瘤其中多形神经胶母细胞瘤有36例，第二级及第三级星细胞瘤有86例，神经管胚细胞瘤有22例，间胶质母细胞瘤有12例，室管膜瘤或室管膜胚细胞瘤(ependy-moblastoma)有11例，其他有27例。

Results 531 cases postoperatively diagnosed as endometriotic cyst,254 cases teratoma,139 inflammatory masses,121 serous cystademona,67 cases mucinous cystadenoma,128 parovarian,140 simple ovarian cyst,3 cases brenner tumor,1 case borderline mucinous cystadenoma,1 case mucinous cystadenocarcinoma,1 case endometrioid carcinoma and 1 case malignant brenner tumor.

结果术后诊断卵巢内膜异位囊肿 5 3 1例、卵巢畸胎瘤 2 5 4例、炎性肿块 13 9例、卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤 12 1例、卵巢粘液性囊腺瘤 67例、输卵管系膜囊肿 12 8例、卵巢单纯性囊肿 14 0例、卵巢纤维上皮瘤 3例、粘液性交界性囊腺瘤 1例、粘液性囊腺癌 1例、卵巢子宫内膜样癌 1例、卵巢恶性纤维上皮瘤 1例。

Results: In the 87 cases, there were 58 cases of lacrimal gland epithelial tumors with 49 Cases of benign mixed tumors and 9 cases of malignant epithelial tumors; 29 cases of non-epithelial tumors of lacrimal gland with 3 cases of lymphoma, 5 cases of lacrimal gland cyst and 21 cases of Inflammatory pseudotumor.

结果：87例中，泪腺上皮性肿瘤58例，其中良性混合瘤49例，恶性上皮性肿瘤9例；非泪腺上皮性肿瘤29例，其中恶性淋巴瘤3例，泪腺囊肿5例，炎性假瘤21例。
