Objective: To study the advantages of nasal endoscopy for maxillar sinus hermorrhagic and necrotic polyps.

目的：探讨鼻内镜下治疗青少年上颌窦出血坏死性息肉的优点。

The clinical data of sixteen teenagers with maxillar sinus hermorrhagic and necrotic polyps were retrospectively analyzed.

回顾分析经鼻内镜手术治疗的16例青少年上颌窦出血坏死性息肉的临床资料。

ABSTRACT］ Objective: To study the advantages of nasal endoscopy for maxillar sinus hermorrhagic and necrotic polyps.

探讨鼻内镜下治疗青少年上颌窦出血坏死性息肉的优点。

Nasal endoscopy is a suitable surgical approach to remove maxillar sinus hermorrhagic and necrotic polyps in teenagers.

鼻内镜手术治疗青少年上颌窦出血坏死性息肉具有简单易行、损伤小、并发症少、疗效好等优点，值得推广。

All the study subjects had known colonic disease (a history of colorectal cancer or adenomatous polyps, ulcerative colitis, or positive radiographic findings) or were suspected to have it based on signs and symptoms such as rectal bleeding, hematochezia, melena, or positive fecal occult blood test.

所有受试者都患有结肠疾病（结直肠癌，腺样息肉，溃疡性结肠炎或影像学阳性发现），或根据症状和体征（如直肠出血，便血，黑便，或者大便潜血阳性），疑似患有上述疾病。

Results There were 6488 retired women involved in this study. The top three cervical diseases in order were cervical smears positive above second level (19.88%), cervical polyp (5.35%) and Nabothian cysts (3.87%).

结果］共调查退休妇女6 488人，宫颈病检出率居前三位的分别为宫颈涂片≥Ⅱ级(19.88%)、宫颈息肉(5.35%)和宫颈纳氏囊肿(3.87%)。

Methods 40 cases with the disease of unilateral cavitas nasi and accessory nasal cavity were retrospectively analyzed that were comfirmed by pathology.

结果 鼻息肉16例，乳头状瘤9，鼻腔鼻窦癌7例，血管瘤3例，霉菌性鼻窦炎3例，鼻腔恶性淋巴瘤1例，鼻腔神经鞘瘤1例。

The incidence in the clinic symptoms:sneeze was 98%,rhinorrhea 85%,nasal itch 68%,while nasal obstruction 68%,with the symptom of eyes itch 45%,hyposomnia 26%,headache 12%,and companying with sinusitis 10%,asthma 3%,polyps 1%,nasoseptal deviation 1%.

临床表现喷嚏占98%，流涕占85%，鼻痒占68%，鼻塞占68%，伴有眼痒占45%，咽部症状占40%，嗅觉减退占26%，头胀、头痛占12%，合并有鼻窦炎10%，哮喘3%，鼻息肉1%，鼻中隔偏曲1%。

Innovative Results】Based on study on colorectal cancer screening in Xiacheng district,the results have showed that①The CRC screening in urban area based on guideline established by our units had the same good results as in rural area.High risk factors questionnaire investigation had important role in CRC screening and it can make up the shortcomings of iFOBT and detect nonbleeding lesions,especially precancerous lesions such as adenomas and polyps;②Each high risk factor was sorted according to sensitivity and specificity for the first time among natural population in city.

通过对下城区大肠癌筛查的研究①首次证明来自于中小城市农村的大肠癌筛查方案对城市社区自然人群与中小城市农村的自然人群一样具有较好的检出效果，证明了问卷调查对大肠癌筛查的重要作用，能弥补iFOBT不足，发现其不能检出的包括不出血病变，尤其是腺瘤、息肉；②首次在城市社区自然人群中对各高危项目根据诊断的敏感度及特异度进行了排序。

The width,morphology and blood flow of endometrium were observed. Results: In endomembrane thickness, blood vessel density and resistance index, discrepancy among them has statistical significance with nonorganic disease, benign lesion and endometrial cancer.

结果：在内膜厚度、血管密度及阻力指数方面，子宫内膜癌、良性病变(各种炎症、子宫内膜增生或不典型增生、子宫内膜息肉)及非器质性改变(增生期子宫内膜、分泌期子宫内膜、萎缩性子宫内膜)两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P.05)。
