Of 20 cases, 15 cases were found to be cystic, 1 case abscess, and 4 cases to have merged polypi; 5 cases were unilocular, and 15 multilocular.

其中15例呈囊性， 4例呈息肉融合成一片， 1例呈脓肿样；单房性5例，多房性15例。

Results: There were 24 carcinomas and 2 polypi in 26 patients.24 carcinomas were correctly diagnosed and 18 of them were correctly staged.2 polypi were misdiagnosed to be malignant.

结果 ：2 6例患者中 2 4例结肠癌均正确诊断，其中 18例正确分期，2例息肉被误诊为结肠癌，无 1例恶性肿瘤被误诊。

Results Histopathological examination showed that 8 patients had cervical intra-epithelial neoplasia,including 4 patients with CIN grade Ⅰ,3 patients with CIN grade Ⅱ,1 patients with grade Ⅲ and 1 patients with carcinoma in situ of cervix;1 patients with invasive carcinoma;113 patients with chronic cervicitis;80 patients had polypi;15 patients had HPV infection.

结果 病理确诊宫颈不典型增生（CINⅠ～Ⅲ8例，其中CINⅠ4例，CINⅡ 3例，CINⅢ 1例；宫颈原位癌1例、宫颈浸润癌1例、慢性宫颈炎113例、宫颈息肉80例及HPV感染者15例。

Results: All patients could tolerate operation, 45 polypi were excised, operation's achievement ratio was 100%, amnesia ratio during operation was 100%, and satisfaction ratio was 100%, complications, such as respiratory depression, circulatory failure and hemorrhage, were not happened.

结果：40例患者均能耐受诊疗，切除息肉45颗，手术成功率100%，手术过程遗忘率100%，满意度100%，无呼吸抑制、循环衰竭、出血等并发症。

The lesions under endoscope mainly located at the mid and lower part and were related to esophagities , they were prone to be misdiagnosed as polypi or vitil

内镜下病变主要位于中下段并且与食管炎相关，易被误诊为息肉及白斑。
