To evaluate the risk factor for Melanosis Coli. To investigate the relationship between Melanosis Coli and colorectal neoplasia.

目的 探讨结肠黑变病(melanosis coli， MC)的病因、发病特点，以及MC与结肠肿瘤、结肠腺瘤性息肉的关系。

Melanosis coli is mainly related with constipation and abuse of laxatives and but were not significant risk factors for the development of colorectal adenomas or colorectal carcinomas.

便秘及服用泻药是导致MC发生的重要因素；MC与结肠癌、结肠腺瘤性息肉的发生无统计学意义上的相关性。

Methods 37 patients with melanosis coli diagnosed by endoscopy and histopathological examination were retrospectived analyzed on their history of constipation, laxatives use.

对37名MC患者的临床资料（是否合并便秘，是否服用泻药以及服药方式、时间）、镜下表现及病理检查结果进行回顾性分析；同时统计同期非MC患者的腺瘤性息肉检出率及癌变率。
