1、Neural network correlated with LIFG and RIFG exists in normal subjects in resting-state,which might be the neural foundation in retaining the normal language function;2、The left fusiform gyrus,bilateral medial frontal gyrus and right anterior cingulum in aphasia patients after stroke showed low degree correlation,that might be one of the mechanisms of aphasia;3、The brain regions showed positive correlation with RIFG in aphasia patients only exist in right hemisphere in resting-state as well as which exist in bilateral hemisphere in normal subjects,suggested that RIFG is out of correlation with the left hemisphere in aphasia patients;4、The left thalamus showed positive correlation with RIFG only in normal subjects, inferred that the left thalamus might be an important mesomerism structure in the correlation of bilateral hemisphere;5、Left insula showed stronger positive correlation with RIFG in normal subjects than that in aphasia patients,suggested that dominant hemisphere insula is important in retaining in normal language function.

1、正常人在静息状态下即存在与LIFG和RIFG具有相关性的神经网络，该网络可能是维持正常语言功能的神经基础；2、脑梗死后运动性失语患者左侧梭状回、双侧额叶内侧回、右侧前扣带与LIFG的连接程度的减低可能是运动性失语的发生机制之一；3、与RIFG正相关的脑区在对照组为双侧半球分布，而在患者组仅出现在右侧半球，说明患者组RIFG与左侧半球的连接中断；4、RIFG与左侧丘脑的正相关性仅出现在正常对照组中，推测左侧丘脑可能是联系两侧半球功能区的重要中介结构；5、对照组与RIFG正相关性明显高于患者组的脑区位于左侧岛叶，说明优势半球岛叶对维持正常语言功能具有重要作用；第二部分脑梗死运动性失语患者语言恢复机制的静息态fMRI初步探讨目的：运用fMRI技术，采用种子点方法在静息状态下分析脑梗死运动性失语患者不同的恢复阶段语言功能连接方式。

Among 275 patients who underwent partial laryngectomy, 126 patients totally restored their swallowing protection, phonation and respiration, 128 patients basically recovered their pronouncing and language communication function, 15 patients pronounced very hoarse, however they could contact by the whispered voice in a short distance and telephone, although 125 patients manifest wrong deglutition to different level, their swallowing protection basically recovered after swallowing education.

本组275例喉部分切除手术有126例（45.82％）病人喉的吞咽保护、发音和呼吸功能全部恢复，128例（48.00％）基本恢复了发音、语言交流功能，15例声音重度沙哑，近距离耳语或通过电话尚能进行语言交流。125例（45.45％）术后出现不同程度的误吸，其中116例经过吞咽训练后基本恢复了正常吞咽功能，9例误吸较重者经训练后在特殊体位下亦基本恢复了正常吞咽功能，未出现因严重误吸导致吸入性肺炎或行胃造瘘和气、食管分离手术者。

Results:Part1: Mean serum EPO concentration of CRF patients showed significant lower than that of control. After transplantation, renal function recovered quickly while Hb level increased steadily in 37 patients with immediate graft function. Their EPO concentration increased significantly and double peaks of EPO level were obtained at day 4 and week 4. 4 cases in IGF suffered from post-transplant erythrocytosis. But their EPO concentration did not reach statistical significance. 5 cases developed delayed graft function, without EPO double peaks and their EPO concentrations showed signiffcant lower than that of IGF.

结果：第一部分：尿毒症病人血清EPO浓度明显低于正常对照值。37例立即肾功能恢复者，SCr迅速下降，Hb上升，其血清EPO浓度在术后第4d形成第一个高峰，与术前和正常对照比较均有显著差异，其后开始下降，在术后4w时再次升高形成第二个高峰。4例IGF患者在术后16w左右发展为PTE，其EPO浓度值略增高，但与IGF组患者EPO水平无统计学差异；5例DGF患者术后无典型的双峰特点，EPO水平明显低于同时期IGF组，直到肾功能恢复后才逐渐升高。

DDMRA only recoveries incorrupted data items by malicious transactions to avoiding re-excution of innocent operations while transaction dependency methods undo-redo all operations of malicious transactions. In BDDMRA, benign blind writes can write bad data items to normal state thus corresponding malicious operations are not necessary to undo-redo and it will speed up recovery process.

DDMRA算法通过仅仅将恶意事务篡改的数据恢复到正常版本而无需全部&撤销-重做&事务中的所有操作从而避免了无辜操作的重复执行；BDDMRA算法分析了存在盲写事务条件下基于数据依赖的恶意事务恢复方案，善意的盲写事务可以将已破坏的数据恢复到正常状态，无需&撤销-重做&相关恶意操作，从而加快了恢复过程。

The results showed that (1) COX-2 mRNA and protein existed in the mature male rat testis. COX-2 was localized in spermatocytes by immunohistochemistry.(2) COX-2 also existed in adult man testis. COX-2 protein was positively stained in spermatocytes and Leydig cells.(3) 2 weeks after administration of rofecoxib, the level of testosterone in the whole testis reached its lower values, being only 50% of control values. However, testosterone level recovered during 4 weeks. After such treatment, histologic examination of these testes showed atrophy of the seminiferous tubules and maturation arrest of spermatogenesis.(4) 2 weeks post-EDS, expression of COX-2 decreased significantly (P.005), in comparison with vehicle-treatment control. 4 weeks after treatment, a new generation of fetal like Leydig cells repopulated in the testicular interstitium resulting in COX-2 expression partially recovered. Although the expression of COX-2 mRNA and protein are enhanced at 8th week after using external testosterone, it wasn't significant higher than control group.

实验研究证明：(1)正常成年雄性大鼠睾丸组织中COX-2在mRNA和蛋白质水平均存在表达，免疫组织化学结果显示COX-2定位于曲细精管内的生精细胞；正常成年男性睾丸组织中同样存在COX-2表达，免疫组织化学结果显示COX-2定位于曲细精管内的生精细胞和Leydig细胞；(2)服用特异性COX-2酶抑制剂rofecoxib 2周后，实验组大鼠睾丸组织内睾酮的含量减少，为正常对照组的50％；持续用药4周后睾丸组织内睾酮浓度逐渐恢复至正常水平；COX-2酶活性降低后病理组织切片显示睾丸内曲细精管萎缩，生精紊乱，持续用药4周时影响最明显；(3)注射特异性Leydig细胞杀灭剂EDS 2周后，实验组大鼠睾丸组织内睾酮浓度降至极低水平时，COX-2的蛋白和基因表达水平也显著低于正常空白对照组（P.005）；使用EDS后第4周，睾丸组织中的睾酮浓度逐渐回升，同样组织中COX-2蛋白表达和mRNA表达水平也相应提高接近正常水平；使用EDS后4周开始给予外源性睾酮，6周和8周时COX-2表达水平的绝对值虽有提高，但与正常大鼠空白对照组比较并无显著性差异，说明外源性雄激素刺激睾丸合成COX-2的作用并不明显。
