结果 本组2例患者中，行超选择性海绵体动脉栓塞术治疗的病例术后阴茎变软，术后随访阴茎勃起功能恢复正常；另1例仅行海绵体穿刺放血后向海绵体内注入阿拉明治疗，阴茎暂时变软，很快又恢复至原来状态，治疗效果不佳。
