There are three copies of R fragment in the S mt-genome, and each copy contains two closely adjacent open reading frames: orf355 and orf77. However, they locate in different strands and head to head with R. In this study, we found that:(1) The expression of cox1 and cox2 is not affected by the transcription of R region;(2) The two copies of R region transcribe in large amount in the microspores, and produce transcripts of 1.6kb and 2.8kb, respectively, in the sterile microspores; However, the abundance of these two transcripts is reduced in the fertility restored microspores, realized through the mRNA decay, and this reduction occurs at the uninucleate microspore stage;(3) In the sterile microspores, the 5 terminus of the 1.6kb transcript contains a palindrome region that can fold into a stem-loop.

Except 58 cases missed and 5 cases induced abortion, we followed up 163 cases(241 kidneys) in different gestational age and postnatal period. Among them, 209 kidneys (86.72%) were discovered pyelectasis between 5mm to l0mm. The pyelectasis of 30 kidneys(12.45%) was between l0mm to l5mm, and that of 2 kidneys(0.83%) was thicker than 15mm. Follow-up result is as follow: 137 cases(214 kidneys) were recovered in normal in fetus period or postnatal 15 months. Their pyelectasis was thinner than 5mm(88.80%). Among them, 16 cases(2l kidneys) were recovered in fetus period(8.71%). 121 cases(193 kidneys) were recovered in postnatal 15 months(80.09%). The rest 20 kidneys' pyelectasis was between 5mm to l0mm(8.30%). 4 kidneys' pyelectatis was between 10mm to l5mm(1.66%), and 3 kidneys' pyelectasis was thicker than l5mm(1.24%).

目的 探讨消化性溃疡急性穿孔的治疗方法,旨在提高ⅰ期手术治愈的成功率。方法回顾性总结分析20年间手术治疗消化性溃疡急性穿孔208例,其中86例(41.35%)采用胃大部连同病灶切除ⅰ期治愈,胃肠重建采用billrothⅰ式吻合18例(20.93%),billrothⅱ式吻合68例(79.07%),billrothⅱ式结肠前吻合42例(61.76%),结肠后吻合26例(38.24%)。结果 86例中除1例billrothⅱ式吻合术后发生胃瘫并发症,经保守治疗月余治愈外,其余病例术后恢复顺利,均随访5年以上情况良好。结论消化性溃疡急性穿孔的ⅰ期手术治疗,解决了因溃疡穿孔单行修补术后再次复发穿孔、出血、幽门梗阻、粘连、溃疡恶变而重复手术等问题,缩短了治愈周期,提高了生存质量。
