恢复期患者

Tmies chemoembolization of left gastric arterywas undergone in ten patients with gastric cancerusing Lipiodol-CDDP suspension,none of them havedeveloped gastric penetration,the major side-effectswere nausea/vomiting and heart burn in the epigastrium(100%),melena,vomiting with minimum blood andtransient elevation of sGPT activity(70%),all ofwhich returned to normal within one week.

经导管用碘油-顺铂乳剂为10例胃癌患者进行14次胃左动脉栓塞化疗，无1例发生胃穿孔，主要副作用为恶心呕吐、上腹烧灼痛(100%)、黑便、少量呕血及SGPT升高（70%），均在治疗后一周恢复正常。5例不能切除的极晚期胃癌患者治疗后2例显效，1例有效，2例无效，缓解期3~4月。

Results With the titanium-miniplates, the fractures were satisfactorily fixed in all cases with satisfied occlusion, but one had local malocclusion that was rectified by intermaxillary traction.

结果 52例患者创口均Ⅰ期愈合，骨折愈合良好，51例恢复到术前咬合关系，有1例固定后出现咬合关系不良。经颌间牵引后恢复正常咬合关系。

All surgical procedures were consulted by Champy Method and AO principle. Results: No infection was found 58 cases had satisfied occlusion, 4 cases had unfavorable local malocclusion.

结果：62例患者中术后4例患者发生伤口感染，5例发生局部缝线裂开，其余均Ⅰ期愈合；58例恢复到术前咬合关系，仅4例患者出现局部咬合关系不良；术后张口度≥37 mm者56例；X线复查未发现骨愈合不良或假关节形成。

The hemodynamics during induction anesthesia and maintenance anesthesia,and time for stopping administration of anesthetic until full spontaneous respiration,eye opening,trachcal extubation,orientation and discharging from the postanesthetic care unit were compared.

观察两组患者诱导和维持期血流动力学变化，术毕停药后自主呼吸恢复时间，呼之睁眼，拔管时间，定向力恢复时间和离开恢复室时间。

Methods we nursed the patients psychologically,postured the operation body position,prepared operation area,and teached the patients how to exercise preoperatively,observed state of the illness postoperatively,discoved and managed the special complications timely,instructed exercising earlier,and teached the patients leaving hospital notice.results 52 cases of lumbar disc protrusion recovered quickly,lay in bed for 3～4 weeks averagely and no complication occured.conclusion correctly instructing and nursing the patients preoperatively can reduce complications,increase the operation success rate.

对腰椎间盘突出症患者术前进行心理护理，手术体位的练习，备皮，教会患者功能锻练的方法。术后密切观察病情变化，对特殊并发症及时发现处理，早期指导康复锻炼，出院指导。结果腰椎间盘突出症患者术后恢复快，平均卧床3～4周，无并发症。结论腰椎间盘突出症手术的治疗，护士在围术期给予正确的指导和护理，能减少并发症的发生，提高手术的成功率。

Rnsults There were brain areas that distributing of radioactivity diminution in interictal SPECT in all 69 cases ,and there were brain areas distributing of radioactivity heighten in ictal SPECT in all 69 cases.

结论伽玛刀治疗脑软化灶导致的癫痫是有效的，而且无痛苦、无出血、无感染、无死亡、术后恢复快，其中以局限性发作效果最好；对脑软化灶导致癫痫的患者行SPECT检查，只有发作间期放射性分布减低和发作期增高在同一脑区才被确认为致痫灶；以上方法可明显缩小靶区体积。

42 thoracolumbar fracture patients were divided into two groups: 18 cases were included in the Sextant percutaneous pedicle screw fixation group and 24 cases were in the open pedicle screw fixation group. The perioperative index including correction of kyphosis, recovery of neurological function and relief of the low back pain was compared.

2006年12月～2009年3月选择42例胸腰椎骨折患者给予附加伤椎固定的三椎体六钉固定，分别采用Sextant系统下微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定手术（18例，微创组）和传统开放椎弓根螺钉内固定手术（24例，开放组），对两组患者围手术期相关指标、后凸畸形矫正情况、术后神经功能恢复、腰背痛改善等进行比较。
