The total DNA has been extracted from the fresh leaves of 4 medicinal species of pteridophyte with CTAB, SDS, to compare their effects on DNA extraction. The result shows that the optimum preparation method obtained to extract high-quality DNA lays theoretic and practical base for PCR amplification and primer design, for filtrating related gene of the active elements from leaves of the four pteridophytes.

以四种药用蕨类的叶片为材料，采用改进的CTAB法、SDS法分别对四种蕨类进行了总DNA提取效果的比较分析，结果表明，通过实验获得最佳的DNA提取方法，为PCR扩增，引物设计，为筛选四种药用蕨类中的活性成份的相关基因奠定理论和实践基础。

Thermal cycle analysisBased on the classical thermodynamics, influence of isobaric reheat and isovolumetric reheat on cycle output is discussed. The paper amply introduces the logical structure and design of software and hardware of the remote multi-channel instrument system for temperature measurement. LabVIEW primary control module, cure fitting module, data acquisition module, channels and scopes set module, data processing module, data analysis and display module, data storage and redisplay module, printing module are designed in this system, which realizes the data acquisition, processing, analysis and display.
