21 in patients who conformed to the diagnosis standard of senile dementia of CCMD-Ⅱ-R, were assessed by MMSE (mini-mental state examination) and SCAG (sandoz clinical assessment geriatric) before and 4 weeks after treatment.

选取21例符合CCMD-Ⅱ-R诊断标准的老年性痴呆的住院患者。在治疗前、治疗后4周，采用简明智力量表及老年临床评定量表进行评定，将治疗前、治疗后4周的MMSE总分、SCAG各因子分分别进行t检验。

Methods assessment and comparison were made with mini-mental state examination and sandoz clinical assessment geriatric to 31 hospitalized patients with senile dementia (15 cases with alzheimer disease, ad, and 16 cases with multi-infarct dementia, md) before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.results small dosage of olazapine could improve the psychotic symptoms of the patients with senile dementia; the total score of mmse after treatment increased obviously, and each factor score of scag showed out improvement.conclusions olazapine is effective in improving the psychotic symptoms of the patients with senile dementia.

对31例老年性痴呆（阿尔茨海默病15例和多发性脑梗死性痴呆16例）住院患者在治疗前、治疗后4周，采用简易智能状态检查及老年临床评定量表进行评定、比较。结果应用奥氮平治疗老年性痴呆患者的精神症状用量小，治疗后mmse总分明显增加。scag各项因子分明显改善。结论奥氮平治疗老年性痴呆的精神病性症状临床疗效肯定。

Results: The total MMSE score increased significantly,while each factor score of SCAG decreased significantly after treatment.

结果 ：应用利培酮治疗中发现，利培酮用量小，治疗后 MMSE总分明显增加，SCAG各项因子分明显改善。

The results show that:(1) In the low income college students to solve the problem of the way the scores were significantly lower than those of non- low income students ,and in the self-condemned was significantly higher than that of the non-low income students; low income college student s in the SCL-90 body, forced, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, paranoia, psychosis, and so on eight the factor scores were significantly higher than the non- low income college students, the low income college students in general mental health level was significantly lower than the non-low income students.

研究结果表明：(1)贫困大学生在应对方式的解决问题因子上得分显著低于非贫困大学生，在自责因子上显著高于非贫困大学生；贫困大学生在SCL-90的躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感度、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执、精神病性等8个因子上及总分上得分均显著高于非贫困大学，总体上贫困大学生的心理健康水平显著低于非贫困大学生。

Freshman low income students in dealing with the problems on the score was significantly lower than sophomore, junior and senior low income students, and the self-condemned, was significantly higher than that of sophomore, junior and senior poor students; senior low income students SCL-90 in the interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, hostility, paranoia and mental illness, as well as scores were significantly higher than those on the junior poor students, and obsessive-compulsive disorder in the sophomore and senior poor students were significantly higher than those freshman students , on the whole, a senior health poverty level of the mental health was significantly lower than the other three-year low income poverty students.

大一贫困生在应对方式解决问题上得分显著低于大二、大三、大四的贫困生，而在自责因子上显著高于大二、大三、大四贫困生；大四贫困生在SCL-90的人际关系敏感度、焦虑、敌对、偏执、精神病症以及总分上均显著高于大三贫困生，另外在强迫症上大二、大四贫困生均显著高于大一学生，总体上大四贫困生的心理健康水平显著低于其他三个年级的贫困生。
