总体分析

The innovation of this paper consist in:(1) Carrying on the system analysis to the module of human resource management, and give management model respectively;(2) Systematizing the former fruits and establishing the general frame model of of Human Resource Management.

Finally, the calculated results are compared with experimental data and discussed in detail at different wind velocities and yawed angles of the wind turbine in this paper.
