As a subsystem of macro economic, the real estate's healthy development relates to the stability of the financial system and the whole national economic system. Based on the study of the current development and the sharp contradictions of the real estate industry, this paper summarizes the typical real estate bubble crisis in 1980s, analyzes the relation-ship between the real estate bubble crisis and the financial crisis, canvasses the potential risks, puts forward the policy suggestions of promoting the healthy development of real estate industry.
