With the statistical data analysis method, according to the Criminal lawsuits with civil lawsuits attached of some railway transportation intermediate court during 3 years, in my dissertation I commented on the actuality of the institution of the Chinese Criminal with civil lawsuit attached ,revealed many problems of this institution during judicial practice and moused out the reasons from the following 3 sides, judicial concept, legislation and judges' quality. 本文运用统计数据分析的方法，从某铁路运输中级法院近三年多来办理的刑事附带民事诉讼案件入手，总体上评价了我国刑事附带民事诉讼制度的现状，揭示了该制度在司法实践存在的诸多问题，从司法理念、立法和法官素质层面探询了原因，分析了刑事附带民事诉讼制度的价值及其存在的合理性，明确了刑事附带民事诉讼制度的法律性质、特征、原则，从保护当事人诉讼权利、实体权利出发，为进一步完善刑事附带民事诉讼制度提出了具有建设性的意见。

I made 'natural sciencedictionary' which is edited in chief by Zhenhuan JIANG ( superscribed by Jiaxi LU,preluded by Sanqiang QIAN ) as my source of statistics and adopt the researchmethod of statistic computation. As a result of my research, I get aggregatedeveloping time series analysis of technological sciences and time series analysis offour-layer technological sciences. Then, I combine statistic computation with historyreview. After category definition and corroboration about technological sciences isestablished integrally and accurately.

根据刘启华教授主持的国家社会科学基金项目&技术科学的范畴界定、历史分期与发展模式研究&中设计的研究思路，本文以姜振寰主编(卢嘉锡题名、钱三强写序)的《自然科学学科辞典》为统计源，采用统计计量的研究方法，分别做出了技术科学总体发展的时间序列分析和四个层次技术科学发展的时间序列分析。

During this research, detail test and analysis proved that vibration signal of ball mill can represent coal level of the ball mill and steel balls distribution. The test result could help to resolve a main problem of ball mill load measurement. The intelligent scheme for pulverizing system which was based on multi-sensors fusion technique as well as the intelligent control method was given in the thesis.

Leaf samples from three evergreen species (southern magnolia, camphor tree, boxtree) and one deciduous species in Shanghai were sampled during 2005 to 2006. The results showed that there has big difference in accumulating capacity and tendency among these species.

We try to explore whether mothers with different education could have an effect on children's pragmatic development in Chinese cultural settings. By using the framework of Children's Language Development of Harvard University, we had the statistics analysis of communication acts in 140 mother-child dyads, in which children were 36,42,48,54,60,66,72 months respectively in the quantitative research. Thus we found the general characteristics of language using of mother and children aged from 3 to 6 years old with different education in experimental circumstance.
