实验研究表明：骨碎补总黄酮能够提高大鼠骨髓基质细胞的活性，促进其增殖分裂，并对脂质化大鼠骨髓基质细胞凋亡具有保护作用，而且骨碎补总黄酮含药血清对TNF-α诱导的大鼠成骨细胞凋亡和t-BHP诱导的大鼠成骨细胞衰老均具有一定的保护作用。
