文摘：针对我国主要豆科作物大豆和花生的研究成果，并结合本身研究工作内容，(1)总结了与宿主共生的根瘤菌生物学多样性，包括大、小样本的土著根瘤菌群体数量、分离频率、类型与分布及其菌株―宿主共生混交性与亲和性；(2)评述了根瘤菌―宿主植物共生体双边固氮改良，包括优良菌株的选育、宿主品种资源共生特性的评价与利用及特异性状的选择；(3)讨论了我国这一类共生体资源的丰富性以及有必要进一步加大力度研究有益资源的开发和利用的问题。

For some kinds of vegetables and pasturages, the contents of some heavy metals surpass the relevant quality standards, so when some crops were planted on the substrates, the uneatable species should be selected preferably and if some kinds of vegetables and pasturages must be adopted, the output could not be provided to mankind and also not be used in farming, in order to avoid harming peoples'health.5 The expediency evaluation model of pioneer plant on substrates was established and some plants were studied. The results show that the expediency evaluation of pioneer plants were respectively that clover was expedient to substrate 1, juniper, cotton and fescue were expedient to substrate 2 and juniper, annual bluegrass, fescue, cotton and clover were expedient to substrate 3.6 Some indexes to evaluate the capability of the phytoremediation on heavy metals and the comprehension about hyperaccumulator were put forward.

At first, this paper makes a systematic exposition of the content of supply-chain, supply-chain-management, purchasing in supply chain and purchasing management in supply chain environment and builds the theoretical foundation of this paper. Then based on this conclusion bring forward the proper purchasing strategies for Wuxi Weifu Group Co., Ltd. such as win-win strategy, ensure supply strategy, minimize cost strategy and minimize managerial cost strategy. Then sets up evaluated indexes system of short-term-efficiency-suppliers and long-term-efficiency-suppliers, applying the Fuzzy-evaluation method to evaluate suppliers. At the end of this paper, taking Wuxi Weifu Group Co., Ltd. as a case, comparing the status of its purchasing and supplier management, it puts forward some improvement suggestions to the existing problems in light of the above analysis such as the establishment and improvement of management information system, reengineering of purchasing organization and process, establishment of evaluated indexes system and implement of Just-in-time purchase.

Based on these previous work, in this research, in order to explore the the molecular mechanism of enhanced tumor cell immunogenicity treated by elemene and mytomycin C compositely, we used murine Hca-F ascitic hepatic carcinoma ( high lymphatic metastasis substrain of H22) as an experimental model to compare the immunoprotective effects on Hca-F cells as well as the mechanism of the effects caused by HSP70-peptide complex purified from untreated tumor cells, EC-TCV and BCG; We studied the mechanism of increased tumor cell membrane HSP expression treated with elemene by the techniques of RT-PCR and immunoelectron microscopy; In order to deeply elucidate the antitumor effects and the molecular mechanism of elemene in increasing tumor cell immunogenicity we analyzed and compared the effects of elemene and heat shock on the gene expressions of tumor cell using gene expression profile chip.

The data byχ~2 were consistent with the separation ratio as 1: 2: 1 χ~2=4.028＜χ_(0.05,2~2=5.99, which further conformed that glandless character was controlled by a incomplete dominance gene, Gl_2~e. 2. SSR markers every about 5cM were selected in the chromosome 12 of our lab genetic linkage map to screen the parent plants. The markers with the polymorphism were used to amplify the DNA of 210 F_2 segregating plants selected randomly and recorded the marker genotypes. After eliminating the segregation distortion markers byχ~2 test, other SSR markers were detected by linkage analysis.

Therefore, we selected common species of Ranunculaceae. comparative primordial plants in Alpine Meadow at Eastern QinghaiTibetan Plateau, and studied the reproductive strategies, such as reproductive allocation, especially sex allocation, to understand how the plants adapt the environmental conditions. The results showed:(1) At higher altitude, the self-incompatible plant, such as Trollius ranunculoides tended to become limited by pollination rather than by nutrient availability, while the self-compatible plants, such as Anemone rivularis and A. obtusiloba seemed not to be limited by pollen availability, which suggested that ability of self pollination for alpine plants may be a mechanism of reproductive assurance.(2) Influences induced by high altitude on the reproduction of these species occurred on different reproductive characters, which suggest species-specific adaptive strategies. The influences are dependent on plant size to some extent.
