This exhibition attempts to embark in an art institution from an internal survey of art ecology. Unlike the customary emphasis on visuality of a single artwork,"Glass Factory" utilizes a way of working similar to sociology and statistics to install and complete the presentation of art pieces."Glass" reminds us of the existence of "viewing", whereas its transparency could lead us to nowhere. Despite of that, we are moving closer to a practical approach that may unveil the nature of glass.

我们需要一种新的审视方式来寻找这些现象背后的话语，所以，这个展览选择从生态的内部考察开始进入艺术机制，和以往强调单件作品的视觉性不同，"玻璃工厂"选择类似社会学和统计学的工作方式来完成和展示作品，"玻璃"强调了观看，而其透明性也许让我们一无所获，但是，起码我们在努力寻找着一种可行的方法来看到玻璃的实质。

After thecomplete genome extraction of the strain was performed, the genomic DNA was partiallydigested by restriction enzyme Sau3AⅠ, the DNA fragments from 1 to 5Kb was clonedinto prokaryote expression vector pET-28a-c, and transformed host bacteria. The resultsshowed that we succeeded in constructing the gene expression library of haemophilusparasuis serovar 5, which is fundamental for the study of advanced gene screening. Inaddition, primer design was performed based on haemophilus influenzae in this study. In addition, PCR was performed by using genomic DNA of haemophilus parasuisserovar 5 as the template. The results demonstrated that we obtained two neo-gene:23SrRNA gene(conserved gene belonging to the large-subunit of ribosome) and adenylatecyclase gene(encodes adenylate cyclase and participates in converting adenyl nucleosidetriphosphate to cyclic adenosine3",5"-monophosphate). Furthermore, the phylogeneticanalyses between the species was performed, and neighbor-joining tree was constructedbased on comparison of 23S rRNA gene sequences, so it was illuminated betweenHaemophilus parasuis and other species in molecular evolution relationship.

选择我国流行优势菌株副猪嗜血杆菌血清5型地方株为研究对象，提取细菌基因组DNA，用限制性内切酶Sau3AⅠ对基因组DNA进行部分酶切，回收大小为1～5Kb的DNA片段，将其连接入原核表达载体pET-28a-c，最后转化宿主菌，结果成功地构建了基因表达文库，为后续的基因筛选工作奠定基础；另外，本研究选择嗜血杆菌属的流感嗜血杆菌为参考对象进行引物的设计，以副猪嗜血杆菌血清5型地方菌株的基因组DNA为模板，进行PCR扩增反应，结果表明成功地获得两个新基因：23S rRNA基因(存在于核糖体大亚基中的保守性基因)和腺苷酸环化酶基因(负责将腺嘌呤核苷三磷酸转变为环腺苷酸)，并进一步做了不同物种之间的分子系统发育分析，构建了基于23S rRNA基因的邻接法系统发育树，阐明了副猪嗜血杆菌与其它菌种的分子进化关系。

Saline soils and the rice paddy soils developed on saline soil.were sampled from Zhenlai county of Jilin Province in this paper.The main alkalize characteristic parameters,including pH,cation ex- change capacity,exchangeable Na~+,exchangeable sodium percentageand the content of wa- ter-soluble salty,were measured.

本文中的土样采自吉林省镇赉县，在盐碱土的典型区域，选择了未开发利用的盐碱土和在盐碱土基础上开发为稻田土壤的剖面，测定计算了土壤 pH 值、阳离子交换量、交换性 Na~+、碱化度和水溶性盐总量等主要碱化特征参数。

In the society of ancient China,juan,the kind of personality trend,often interwove with crazy,leisurely,clean,the upright and so on in the same place.This article has analyzed four types:juan slender,juan crazy,juan hidden,incorruptible,which could reflect the personality characteristic of juan in the most;chosed Qu Yuan,Ruan Ji,Tao Yuanming,Jiangkui as typical examples and involved the poem,the article, the Ci,the Fu to...bestow on four kinds of literary styles.

在中国古代社会，狷类人格倾向往往与狂与逸与洁与耿介之类的概念交织在一起，本文分析了其中最能反映狷性人格特征的四种类型：&狷狭&、&狷狂&、&狷隐&、&狷介&，并选择了屈原、阮籍、陶渊明、姜夔四位狷性倾向比较集中与典型的古代文人，涉及了诗、文、词、赋四种文体类型，进行了略有系统的讨论。

By comparing the amino acids sequences of SCRs of different regulators of complement activation and homologous structure units of DAF in different species, the conservative and nonconservative amino acids in DAF were determined. The possible activity sites were analysed and mutation amino acids sites to construct the mutant library were defined.3. Constructing and evaluating of yeast display mutant library on DAF scaffold.

SCRs多重序列比较及DAF突变位点的选择通过对补体调控蛋白家族成员、不同种属DAF分子的同源结构单位SCR的氨基酸序列进行多重序列比较，确定了DAF分子中的保守性氨基酸和非保守性氨基酸，并根据已有的实验结果，对DAF分子可能活性位点进行了分析，确定了构建酵母细胞表面呈现库的突变氨基酸位点。

Results Complications of deep white candidiasis infection inside the hospital mostly took place among patients suffering from chronic respiratory diseases, malignant tumors and nosohemia,accounting for 59.09%.Infection was in direct proportion with the length of hospitalization.The chief factor leading to infection was the long-term use in large doses of wide-spectrum antibiotics,especially the use of the third-period cephalosporins,which are wide in spectrum and strong in killing bacteria.White candidiasis infection results from the composite action of multiple dangerous factors. Ofthose infected,40.91%used hormone and 11.36% used immunosuppressive agents as well as radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The application of trauma examination and curing also created conditions for the occurrence of infection.

结果 发生医院内部白色念珠菌感染多系慢性呼吸系统疾病、恶性肿瘤和血液病患者，占59.09%；感染与住院时间成正比；广谱抗生素大剂量、长时间应用，特别是选择广谱、杀菌力强的第三代头狍菌素类是致感染的主要因素；白色念珠菌感染是多种危险因素综合作用的结果，感染者使用激素的占40.91%，使用免疫抑制剂及放疗化疗的占11.36%，实施插入性操作及各种介入性治疗为感染创造了条件。

objective to evaluate the clinical value of early diagnosis and therapy of suspicious ectopic pregnancy by laparoscopy.methods the clinical data of 53 suspicious tubal pregnancy patients were analyzed retrospectively,who had received laparoscopic operation in our hospital from january 2003 to december 2005.results all cases received laparoscopic operation,none was transferred to traditional surgery during the operation.46 cases were diagnosed as tubal pregnancy during the operation with pathologic proof.preoperative diagnosis rate was 86.8%.the salpingecstomy were performed in the 32 cases.the salpingotomy were performed in the 7 cases.conclusion the laparoscopic operation is the best choice in the early diagnosis and therapy of suspicious ectopic pregnancy,and it gain time for conservative therapy.but not too early.

目的 评价可疑异位妊娠患者腹腔镜早期诊治的临床价值。方法收集2003年1月～2005年12月收治的经腹腔镜手术治疗的可疑输卵管妊娠患者53例资料进行回顾性分析。结果 53例手术均经腹腔镜完成，无1例中转，术中诊断输卵管妊娠的46例，术前诊断率86.8%，32例行输卵管切除术，7例行保守性手术。结论腹腔镜手术是早期确诊可疑异位妊娠患者的最佳选择，也为保守性治理赢得时间，但不宜操之过急。

The basic model considers a production economy of two classes of investors with habits formations: one class have "internal habit" such as those in Constantinides (1990) and Sundaresan(1989), habit depends on an agent's own consumption and the agent takes account of this when choosing how much to consume; the other class have "external habit" such as those in Abel(1990) and Campbell and Cochrane(1991), habit depends on aggregate consumption that is unaffected by any one agent's decisions.

本文建立一种拥有两类投资者的模型：一类具有Constantinides(1990)和Sundaresan(1989)模型中的&内在性消费习惯&，该习惯依赖于其自身的消费，投资者在进行消费选择时均要考虑内在消费习惯的影响；另一类具有Abel(1990)、Campbell和Cochrane (1999)模型中的&外在性消费习惯&，该习惯依赖于总的消费水平但不影响消费决策。
