The injective rings play an important role in the study of rings and categories of modules . First , we introduce the notion of ann-injective rings and CT-injective modules .Second,we make an inquiry into a series of their properties.Third,we give the definition of homological dimension of CT-injective modules.At last,we give the definition of FGT rings which is the extension of cogenerator rings.

本文对环与模范畴中一重要的模类—内射模进行了延拓，引入了ann -自内射环以及CT -内射模的概念，探讨了它们一系列的性质，并定义了CT -内射模的同调维数，最后对余生成子环进行推广得到了FGT -环，讨论了它与CT -内射环的关系以及它的一些性质。

In chapter 2, a new concept- property T〓 is introduced, it is proved that nest subalgebras of von Neumann algebras, finite width CSL and atomic CSL subalgebras of von Neumann algebras have property T〓. Some tensor product formulae of nest subalgebras and CSL subalgebras in von Neumann algebras are obtained. Tensor products of W〓-dynamical systems are studied. Finally, the essential commutant of tensor product of operator algebras is discussed.

第二章我们引入了性质T〓这一新概念，并证明了任一vonNeumann中的任何套子代数，有限宽度的可交换格子代数和原子可交换格子代数都具有性质T〓；得到了von Neumann代数中套子代数和可交换格子代数的张量积公式；研究了W*-动力系统的张量积问题；最后讨论了张量积代数的本性换位。

In order to find a stable approximate solution of linear compact operator equation, the article introduces general theories about ill-posed problems, it bases on spectral theory of self-adjiont compact operators and the singular value decomposition for compact operators, avails singular system to give expression of the solution, and explains ill-posedness of compact operator equation roots in the property that the singular values trends to zero. Thereout, it is provided with theoretic support of building up regularization method by inducting regularization filter to weaken or filtrate the influence that the nature of the singular value being very close to zero has on the solutions stability.

为了得到线性紧算子方程稳定的近似解，介绍了不适定问题正则化的一般理论，以自伴紧算子的谱分析与紧算子奇异值分解为理论基础，利用奇异系给出了解的表达式，说明了紧算子方程不适定性的根源在于紧算子的奇异值趋于零的性质，由此通过引入正则化滤子函数来减弱或滤掉奇异值趋于零的性质对解的稳定性的影响，构造正则算子，从而提供了建立正则化方法的理论依据。

首先，借鉴Perry，Wolfstetter和Zamir（2000）的有关理论，从基于两阶段密封价格投标的竞争性要约收购过程开始，讨论了其中的一些性质，结果表明，同质收购者前提下该过程不但能够获得和基于英式竞价的竞争性要约收购过程相同的期望收益，还能够克服后者存在的一些问题；随后，在异质收购者内生参与条件下就基于英式竞价和密封投标的竞争性要约收购过程进行了比较研究，得到了不同方式下收购结果的特征；最后，针对异质收购者不同知情程度的情况研究了竞争性要约收购方式的选择问题，借鉴Povel和Singh（2004）提出的机制，得到了具备"胡萝卜加大棒"性质的序贯出售过程是这种情况下控股股东的最优选择。

In Chapter 5, in geometric perspectives, the geometric properties of complex numbers are explored, including complex plane, four arithmetic operations of complex numbers and nth root of a complex number. It is also exemplified how these geometric properties are applied to solving the problems of plane geometry.
