They are the guiltiness of causing traffic trouble, the causation between escape and death, the cognition of causing traffic trouble.

主要有三个条件：其一，行为人交通肇事行为的违法性；其二，逃逸行为与死亡的因果性；其三，行为人对交通肇事的明知性。

Challenging rationality, behavior economics believes that people often use representativeness, availability, anchoring and adjustment, the law of small number in uncertain situations. It puts forward prospect theory to modify the expected utility theory and use mental accounting theory to explain money non-fungibility. And behavior economics deems that the final goal of people is hedonics.

Methods: Qualitative and quantitative study about AIDS (Acquired Immure Deficiency Syndrome) was applied in the study. To do so, it takes two criteria into account:1 causing a result should not be objectively imputed if the objective goal directedness of the act is lacking, because the result appears to be only an accidental effect of the actor's conduct; 2 objective imputability of a result presupposes that the risk the actor has impermissibly created materializes in causing the result.

文章的第三部分则是在前两个部分的基础上提出自己的观点，从刑事责任能力认定的角度来分析原因自由行为的可罚性问题，通过将自陷于无责任能力状态或者限制责任能力状态的行为人依然推定为完全刑事责任能力人的方式，来解决原因自由行为的可罚性，协调其与罪责原则与罪刑法定原则之间的关系。

The major purpose of this article is to examine the measurement of party identification in the Taiwan's Election and Democratization Study from the perspectives of intransitivity and multidimensionality.
