研究对一位女性家医科医师以及一位因胃溃疡就医的女性病患进行访谈，分析结果发现病患在日常生活与病痛共处时，呈现出其生活世界的丰富性；而在进入医疗体系时，则呈现了对科学的信仰；医师则呈现出对体制的批评以及其身不由己的行动逻辑。
