Staining extent and intensity were evaluated semiquantitatively and mean values for each parameter were calculated. Immunostaining with D2-40 showed positivity in 100% of skeletal myxoid chondrosarcomas, 96% of enchondromas, 95% of low-grade chondrosarcomas, 80% of chordoid meningiomas, and 75% of chordoid gliomas. Staining with S100 demonstrated diffuse, strong positivity in all (100%) chordoid gliomas, skeletal myxoid chondrosarcomas, low-grade chondrosarcomas, and enchondromas, 94% of chordomas, and 81% of extraskeletal myxoid chondrosarcomas, with focal, moderate staining in 40% of chordoid meningiomas.

The location and structures of sex-pheromone-producing gland in female H.insularis were studied by EAG,GC,SEM,and TEM.These studies showed that thegland situate in the intersegmental membrane between the eighth and ninthabdominal segments,and is an eversible abdominal fold;Many plump cones disturbon the surface of the gland.The glandular cells of 2-day old virgin female H.insularis are arranged in one layer,among which the central cells are columnarepithelial cells and flat on two sides.The nucleus is irregular elliptical.There isevident conjugation between cells and the involution is more in the basal membraneof cell.Microvilli are distributed on the cytoplasmic membrane and linked withendocuticle on which there are many layers of chitin,and the outer cuticule is staineddeeper.The cell contains bubbles,mitochondria,glycogen deposits,roughendoplasmic reticulum and smooth endoplasmic reticulum.

结合触角电位、毛细管气相色谱、扫描电镜、透视电镜等技术对小线角木蠹蛾雌蛾腹尖末端不同组织部位提取物的测定分析以及腺体位置和形态结构的观察发现：小线角木蠹蛾性信息素分泌腺位于腹部末端8～9节之间，是一个由节间膜特化而成的上皮结构，为一可外翻的腹褶，腺体表面分布着饱满的锥形体，羽化后2天未交尾的雌蛾腺体细胞呈单层排列，腹面中央由密集的柱形上皮细胞组成，细胞排列向两侧延伸至背部，其形状由柱形逐渐变为扁平形，细胞核为椭圆形，细胞与细胞间有明显的胞连接，细胞基底膜基褶较多，质膜上分布着微绒毛，并与内表皮连接，内表皮上有多层几丁质，外角质层染色较深，细胞质中含有空泡、线粒体、脂质粒、粗面内质网和光面内质网。

Methods Nuclear β-catenin expression was detected by immunohistochemistry in 77 lesions with desmoid-type fibromatosis and 171 other spindle cell lesions, including superficial fibrmoatosis (n=18), nodular fasciitis (n=36), keloid (n=16), scar (n=10), granulation tissue (n=9), synovial sarcoma (n=38), neufibroma (n=13), solitary fibrous tumor (n=12), gastrointestinal stromal tumor (n=10), low-grade myxofibrosarcoma (n=3), low-grade fibromyxoid sarcoma (n=3), and smooth muscle tumor (n=10). In addition, the immunohistochemical expressions of ER-α, ER-β and Ki-67 were examined in all of the lesions with desmoid-type fibromatosis. The nuclear immunohistochemical staining for nuclear βcatenin and ER-β was graded as high level (≥25% of cells), low level (5%-25%) or none.

采用免疫组织化学染色法检测77例韧带样型纤维瘤病和171例其它良、恶性梭形细胞病变（包括结节性筋膜炎36例、浅部纤维瘤病11例、瘢痕疙瘩16例、增生性瘢痕10例、肉芽组织9例、滑膜肉瘤38例、神经纤维瘤13例、孤立性纤维性肿瘤12例、胃肠间质肿瘤10例、低度恶性黏液纤维肉瘤3例、低度恶性纤维黏液样肉瘤3例及平滑肌肿瘤10例）组织中β-catenin核阳性的表达，同时检测韧带样型纤维瘤病中ER-α、ER-β和Ki-67的表达。

Results:17 rats were confirmed successful transplantation by MRI,the capacity of the tumor was 88.40±7.62mm3 on 8th day, 986.80±114.46mm3 on 16th day,the volume growth was 8-12 folds;on 8th day following transplantation,the tumor tissue was gray in color with fish homogen state without interior necrosis, the tumor cells were nest-distributed by HE staining,large dense staining of nucleus with manifest heteromorphism,tumor microvessel count increased by immunohistochemistry with buffy yellow staining, VEGF high expressed in the tumor cells with buffy yellow granule shape.

结果：17只大鼠经MRI检查证实均种植成功，肿瘤体积第8天为88.40±7.62mm3，第16天为986.80±114.46mm3，体积增长8-12倍之间；种植第8天，肿瘤组织呈灰白色、鱼肉均质状，内部未见坏死，HE染色肿瘤细胞呈巢状分布，胞核大浓染，异型性明显；免疫组织化学示肿瘤微血管数目较多，呈棕黄色染色，肿瘤细胞VEGF高表达，呈棕黄色细颗粒状。

A strain of breast tumor cell line ZHL2006 was established and biologically identified. The ZHL2006 cells grew fast in vitro and the population doubling time was 43.6h. Electronmicroscopical observation showed that there were microvilli on the surface of the cells, nucleus irregularity, karyoplasmic ratio increased, nucleolus distinctness, et al.. Chromosome number and structure were abnormal. Immunohistochemistry showed that PCK were expressed. The ZHL2006 cell line could form onto clone in soft agar and had oncogenicity in athymic mice.

ZHL2006细胞在体外生长迅速，群体倍增时间为43.6h；倒置相差显微镜及Giemsa染色镜下观察细胞为多边形及梭形；透射电镜观察可见细胞表面有微绒毛，核高度不规则，核浆比例增大，核仁明显等；染色体数目和结构异常；广谱细胞角蛋白染色阳性，说明其自上皮而非来自基质；同时ZHL2006细胞系在软琼脂中可形成克隆，具裸鼠致瘤性。

All 31 YSTs (5 pediatric and 26 postpubertal) showed strong positive SALL4 staining in more than 90% tumor cells but had negative OCT4 staining. Both spermatocytic seminomas showed positive SALL4 staining in 80% to 95% tumor cells in all 3 types of tumor cells with weak-to-moderate staining intensity.

为了检验SALL4的特异性，我们还给23例睾丸的非GCTs（10例间质细胞瘤、4例支持细胞瘤、3例腺瘤样瘤、3例睾丸旁横纹肌肉瘤、2例弥漫性大B细胞瘤、1例睾丸网的乳头状囊腺瘤）和275例非睾丸性肿瘤（158例转移癌、12例转移性黑色素瘤、11例原发性和2例转移性间皮瘤、72例原发性和20例转移性肉瘤）做了SALL4免疫染色。

Methods We reported a case of PXA located in the cerebellum of a young adult in view of its extremely unusual location. Morphologic observation, immunohistochemical staining using DAKO EnVision system , histochemical stains including hematoxylin eosin and Gordon Sweet's reticulin methods were used.

采用免疫组织化学DAKOEnVison法、组织化学网质纤维染色和HE染色及形态学观察的方法，报道 1例极罕见于年轻人小脑的多形性黄色星形细胞瘤，探讨其临床病理特点。

Kangdai Ⅰ has protective function to the damaged neurons and astrocytes: Main results:(1) It has direct protective function to the damaged neurons. It can increase the activity and survival rate, decrease the mortality and the transudation rate of LDH in cultured medium and the strong positive cell count of NOS expression of injured neurons.(2) It has also directly protective function to the damaged astrocytes. It can increase the activity and survival rate and protein content in conditioned medium.(3) It can strengthen the ability of BDNF, GDNF, bFGF, HSP and IL-6expression in damaged astrocytes.(4) It can also strengthen obviously the expressions of NSE, bFGF-receptor and bc1-2, lower the expression of bax and caspase-3.(5) It can indirectly protect and restore the damaged neurons by astrocytes. Because the effect of ACMK (ACM interfered by Kangdai Ⅰ) is stronger than ACM+K (ACM associated with Kangdai Ⅰ).

抗呆Ⅰ号对受损的神经元和星形胶质细胞均具有保护作用：主要表现为：(1)对受损神经元具有直接的保护作用，可提高受损神经元的活性和存活率，降低细胞培养液LDH的漏出率、细胞死亡率和NOS染色强阳性细胞的表达量；(2)对受损的星形胶质细胞也有直接的保护作用，可提高其活性、存活率以及培养液蛋白质的含量；(3)能增强受损星形胶质细胞分泌BDNF、GDNF、bFGF、HSP和IL-6的能力；(4)可明显增强受损神经元对NSE、bFGF的受体和bc1-2的表达，降低受损神经元对bax和caspase-3的表达；(5)抗呆Ⅰ号可通过星形胶质细胞间接地保护和修复受损的神经元，因为在多数实验组中经抗呆Ⅰ号作用的ACM的作用远大于ACM与抗呆Ⅰ号联合应用的作用，统计学上具有显著性差异。

Furthermore, preliminary work also performed to examine whether PI3K/AKT signal transduction pathway was activated in the process of refractory leukemia development. Materials and methods An immortalized human bone marrow stromal cell line, HS-5, was introduced to establish a bi-phase culture system for the cultivation of B-lineage precursor leukemia cells. ELISA and RT-PCR were used to investigate the expression of VEGF and its receptors in the leukemia cell lines and primary childhood leukemia cells in different treated groups. Flow cytometory method and immunofluorescent staining were employed to examine the apoptosis signals both in the VP16 treated and untreated leukemia cells. Western blot was utilized to explore the PI3K/AKT activated status in the drug induced or uninduced leukemia cells and lymphocytes from healthy donors.

材料和方法使用来源于人类骨髓基质细胞的细胞株HS-5作为滋养层细胞进行急性淋巴细胞性白血病细胞的体外培养，通过细胞生物学和免疫学方法评估培养体系并鉴定出难治性白血病细胞克隆；以ELISA和RT-PCR方法检测急性白血病细胞株和患儿白血病细胞VEGF及其受体的表达，了解不同治疗阶段VEGF及其受体的表达状况，并结合临床指标进行分析，明确VEGF及其受体在白血病发生过程中的作用；流式细胞仪和免疫荧光染色法对正常健康儿童、初发白血病患儿、复发白血病患儿及缓解后患儿进行凋亡因子检测和分析，初步阐明难治性白血病抗凋亡形成的原因；蛋白印记分析检测PI3K/AKT信号传导通路在健康儿童、初发白血病和复发白血病患儿的表达，初步了解难治性白血病形成的分子生物学机制。
