性异常

A cluster of psychotic phenomena that occur during or following psychoactive substance use but that are not explained on the basis of acute intoxication alone and do not form part of a withdrawal state. The disorder is characterized by hallucinations (typically auditory, but often in more than one sensory modality), perceptual distortions, delusions (often of a paranoid or persecutory nature), psychomotor disturbances, and an abnormal affect, which may range from intense fear to ecstasy.

精神作用物质在使用中或刚用过後，可能会产生许多种类的精神病性症状，这些症状不是急性中毒，也不是戒断状态之症状，即为此分类（。5）之精神病症，此病症之特点是幻觉（最典型的是幻听，常常有不止一种的幻觉型态）、知觉扭曲、妄想、精神运动障碍及情感异常。

其次发现不论在全体、单胞胎及双胞胎上，在早产方面，新生儿性别为男性、产妇身分为本国、产妇年龄、低出生体重、产妇心脏疾病、产妇肺病、产妇羊水异常、产妇海洋性贫血、产妇孕期抽烟、产妇孕期酗酒、产妇药瘾、产妇曾生早产或低出生体重儿、产妇糖尿病、产妇妊娠糖尿病、产妇梅毒、产妇妊娠毒血症、产妇肾脏病、产妇怀孕高血压、产妇子宫颈闭锁不全皆会增加早产的风险。

We studied the mutation of PDS gene in children diagnosed to have prelingual non-syndromic hearing loss with concomitant bilateral large vestibular aqueduct and Mondini's dysplasia. We tried to find the correlation between non-syndromic hearing loss in local patients and PDS gene, and to establish the basic data of PDS gene mutations in Taiwan.

本篇研究之目的，乃对於患有非症候群学语前听障并合并双侧大前庭导水管及Mondini氏发育异常（Mondini's dysplasia）的儿童，作基因的分析，尝试找出本土非症候群听障与PDS基因的关连性，以建立台湾地区PDS基因突变的基本资料。

Objective of this study is to prognose the possibility of developing gallstone in subjects with the dyslipidemia and obesity. The multivariable logistic regression model was used to evaluate the odds ratio of the dyslipidemia and obesity to induce the formation of gallstone.

背景和目的假肥大型肌营养不良症(pseudohypertrophic muscular dystrophy，PMD)是一种常见的致死性X-连锁隐性遗传病，病因主要是由于X染色体短臂2区1带(Xp21)的基因突变而导致一种细胞骨架蛋白——抗肌萎缩蛋白的结构和功能异常所致。

The sites headache were lateral or bilateral lunwem114frontotemporal and parietal, features of pain were blunt and pulsative,last for 15～30 minutes. All the patients had abnormal TCD, 11 cases had increased asymmetric cranial blood flow, 4 cases had decreased brain blood flow.

头痛主要为单侧或双侧额颞、头顶部钝痛或搏动性痛，持续15～30 min.15例患儿TCD检测全部有异常，11例颅内血管呈不对称性血流速度增快，4例血流速度减慢。
