结果 3名患者均为钟表装配车间工人，生产中所使用的黏合剂三氯甲烷含量为90.60%。患者均有明显中毒症状和肝功能指标异常。省级职防机构确诊职业性三氯甲烷中毒和职业性中毒性肝病，经护肝、对症治疗后痊愈。

Kuru and vCJD belong to the same family of neurodegenerative conditions known as transmissible spongiform encephalopathies, affecting both humans and animals. Prion diseases are characterized by accumulation in the brain of an abnormal isoform of glycoprotein called prion protein, Dr. Collinge and colleagues write. It's thought that this protein is the agent of transmission in these diseases.

Kuru 和vCJD属於同一种神经退化性状况，已知为具传播性之海绵状脑病，对人类和动物均有影响；传染性蛋白质疾病特徵是在脑中累积异常glycoprotein同质体，Collinge医师和同事指出，该蛋白质被认为是这些疾病的传播物质。

The seeds of Adzuki bean were irradiated by 60 Co γ ray of 0～700Gy.The results showed that:(1)The sub\|lethal dose(LD 50 )was 389Gy and the early seedling leaf at M\-1 showed incised,chlorotic,yellow,mosaicand curly edge.The absorbed dose was related with the rate of misshaped leaf.Chromosomal aberration, chromosome bridge and fragment of M\-1 in the tip were observed.If the seed was irradiated with 400Gy,the rate of abnormal cell at the root was more than 10%.The relationship between pollen fertility and irradiation dose was negative correlated.

本试验研究结果表明：60 Coγ射线辐照小豆种子的半致死剂量平均为 3 89Gy ，且M1生长初期叶片性状有明显的叶面缺刻、叶色缺绿、叶形不对称、叶缘卷曲、花叶、黄叶等致变现象，各种畸型叶出现频率与辐照剂量大小有关；M1根尖细胞中有多种染色体畸变类型，以染色体桥和断片频率较高，辐照剂量在 40 0Gy以上时根尖细胞异常率达 1 0 %以上；植株花粉育性与辐照剂量呈极显著负相关，京农 2号植株花粉育性达 5 0 %时的辐照剂量为 3 78Gy。

Results: There were normal appearances of the morphology, volume and microscopic demonstration of both right and left hepatic lobes in sham-operating control group. In HA+PV group, hepatic right lobes were coagulatively necrosed. There was necrosis of liver cells in each sub-groups, accompanying with a few apoptic cells in the 3h sub-group. Along with the time extending, necrotic cells were increasing, and apoptic cells were decreasing. Necrosis in right lobes was at the most at 72h group.

结果：假手术对照组肝左右叶形态、体积以及各种病理学检查均未见异常；HA+PV组术后肝右叶发生凝固性坏死，3h即可见点片状肝细胞坏死，内见少量凋亡细胞，随时间延长，凋亡细胞减少，坏死细胞增多，至72h坏死更加彻底：PV组术后24h肝右叶萎缩，电镜及TUNEL均显示3h组织内可见凋亡细胞，至24h凋亡细胞数达高峰，72h凋亡细胞减少，出现局灶性坏死。

Results The age of the onset of symptoms ranged from 3 to 12 years. The clinical attacks lasted a variable time from 1 hour to more than 3 weeks. Definite medical causes were identified in 78% of the patients. Each patient had a prolonged change of consciousness, accompanied by psychological and behavioral changes. The characteristics of ictal EEG in CPSE patients generally included slow activity and δ or θ activity in the temporal region. After antiepileptic drug treatment, the conditions of 11 patients were under complete control, 4 patients had no CPSE but complex partial seizures, and 2 patients had no improvement.

结果 17例CPSE患儿起病年龄为3～12岁，临床发作持续时间为1 h～3.5周；78%的患儿有明确的病因，CPSE临床表现多样，所有病例均有意识障碍，同时伴有不同程度的精神和行为异常，发作期脑电图主要以基本电活动变慢伴颞部局灶性慢波或痫样放电的持续或周期性发放为特征，经抗癫痫药物等治疗，11例患儿持续发作完全控制，4例持续状态控制，仅有部分性发作，2例未能控制。

ResultsCharacteristic features at the presentation of AITL included generalized lymphadenopathy, fever, splenomegaly, and skin rashes with polyclonal hyper-gammaglobulinemia and other hematological abnormalities (such as Coombs-positive hemolytic anemia), which often involved the bone marrow and had well-described histologic features.The positive rate for CXCL13 was 93.3%.

结果：AITL主要表现为淋巴结肿大、发热、脾大和皮疹，伴有多克隆性高球蛋白血症和其他血液学异常如白细胞升高、Coombs试验阳性，常累及骨髓，具有特征性的病理组织学表现，免疫组织化学实验显示B-淋巴细胞趋化因子CXCL13阳性率为93.3%。

Transmissions at 0.75 and 1.65 μm can also be used to retrieve τ and re. 2. Study the impact of cloud inhomogeneity on the satellite retrieval simultaneously. Two 3D cloud fields, cumulus and stratocumulus fields are used in our study. The two cloud fields are generated with LES model and are adopted by the I3RC phase II. The BRDF at the wavelengths of 0.65 and 2.13 μm are calculated with SHDOM, and then the cloud optical thickness and effective particle radius are simultaneously retrieved using the MODIS algorithm. We studied the impact of cloud inhomogeneity on the satellite retrieval at high and medium resolutions. Some conclusions have been made, such as the BRDF abnormal phenomenon, the reverse relationship between τ and re, the clustering effect of over and under estimation in the retrieval of τ and re .

我们选用为I3RC所采用的由LES模式给出的具有明确物理属性的两个高分辨率三维云场－积云场与层积云场，利用SHDOM三维辐射传输模式来模拟卫星观测的辐射值，并采用MODIS算法进行反演，同时研究了在高分辨云场及中低分辨率云场下，云的非均匀性对反演云光学厚度及有效粒子半径的影响，并得到了云的非均匀性会造成的双向反射率异常，反演结果中光学厚度与有效粒子半径的负相关关系，高估或低估现象是成&簇&出现的等结论。
