Cases of the abnormal sex differentiated diseases in children were presented. Among them, there were 4 cases of Turner's syndrome, 1 Klinefelter's syndrome, 9 female pseudohermaphroditism, 2 male pseudohermaphroditism, and 4 true hermaphroditism.

本文报道小儿性分化异常疾病20例(包括先天性卵巢发育不全综合征4例、先天性睾丸发育不全综合征1例、女性假两性畸型9例、男性假两性畸型2例、真两性畸型4例)，对上述病例进行了细胞染色体核型分析，同时作了口腔上皮细胞性染色质、中性粒细胞核鼓植体及尿17酮类固醇、17羟类固醇的检查。

A reciprocal metabolism pattern was represented between cortices and paralimic regions, which implicated a reciprocal dysfunctional changes of paralimic-cortex pathway in patients with TRD. Cerebellar hypermetabolism suggested hyperfunctional changes of cerebellum under depressed condition. Frontal white matter hypermetabolism implicated further studies on potential structural abnormalities of cerebral regions in TRD.

难治性抑郁症患者存在旁边缘系统代谢增高和皮质代谢降低的交互性代谢改变模式，支持抑郁症边缘系统－皮质功能紊乱假说；患者小脑代谢水平增高，提示抑郁状态下小脑功能亢进；额叶白质高代谢水平提示有必要对难治性抑郁症潜在的脑结构异常改变进行深入研究。

At first, with the low-frequency data measured, three of the LRE fault detection systems for the real-time condition are proposed using the nonlinear identification technology of the BP neural network, the state estimation technology of the dynamic neural network, and the pattern recognition technology of the fuzzy hypersphere neural network. The learning algorithms of the BP and dynamic neural network are researched at the same time. Furthermore, while the engine operation is divided into the start and steady-state processes, the real time ability, the response time, the accuracy, the robustness, the sensitivity and the monitoring parameter optimization are studied. In the test data analyses of the YF-75 engine, the detection system correctly carried out for all normal tests, and in the three abnormal tests the engine faults were accurately forecasted.

首先，基于低频测量数据，采用BP神经网络的非线性辨识技术、动态神经网络的状态估计技术及模糊超球神经网络的模式识别技术，提出了三种发动机故障实时检测系统；同时研究了BP神经网络和动态神经网络的学习算法；另外还把发动机工作分为启动过程和稳态过程，分别讨论了神经网络故障检测系统的实时性、及时性、准确性、鲁棒性、敏感性及参数优化问题；在YF-75发动机试车数据分析中，不仅全部正确地监测了正常试车过程，而且准确地预报了三次异常试车中的发动机故障。

Results (1) 6 cases of Tuberous Sclerosis. Diffused subependymal nodular calcification lesions were found in all cases on unenhenced CT. 4 patients are 2 pairs of mother/child relationship. Both of the two mothers are found to suffer from renal angiomyolipoma.(2)1 case of neurofibromatosis showed abnormal spinal canal: scoliosis of thoracic and lumbar spine, concave change of vertebral posterior border. Bilateral renal hypogenesis was found in this patient. Diffused hyper-density lesions were found in kidney and fatty accumulation was found in back skin.(3)6 cases of Sturge-Weber syndrome. On unenhenced CT, curving and strip-shaped calcifications were found along the parietal and occipital gyrus.

结果 ①结节性硬化6例，所有病例CT平扫见两侧脑室室管膜下多发小结节状高密度钙化灶，其中4例为两对母子关系，并见两位母亲合并有肾脏错构瘤，；②神经纤维瘤病1例，MRI表现为椎管异常，胸腰段脊柱侧弯，椎体后缘呈明显的切凹改变；伴有双肾发育不良，CT示肾内多个高密度影，背部皮肤多量脂肪堆积，③脑颜面血管瘤综合征6例， CT可见顶枕部沿脑回分布的弯曲的条状高密度钙化，部分延伸致侧脑室内，增强后见病灶内有扭曲的条状和结节状明显强化的血管影；④小脑血管瘤病4例，影像学表现为小脑内大囊、小结节样占位性病变。

全部病例均有完备的临床与MRI资料。结果：20例脑部均有阳性MRI表现，其中双侧、豆状核20例，苍白球17例，中脑红核周围15例，垂体前叶4例，表现为自旋回波序列T1WI为高信号，T2WI及FLAIR像无异常。结论：获得性肝性脑部变性的MRI征象具有特征性，MRI对该病的诊断有较高价值。
