The distribution of ABH substances in humantissue cells of nonsecretors differs from those insecretors.the contents of ABH in cells of nonsecretorswere much less than those of secretors.ABH substanceswere demonstred in cells of deep part of gastric gland,Brunner gland of duodenum,acini and duct of pancreas,acini and duct of sweat gland and in endothelial cells ofblood vessels and heart.

在国内外首次用免疫透射电镜对正常人体的胃、十二指肠、横结肠的粘膜上皮和腺上皮的ABH物质进行亚细胞定位研究后发现，ABH物质分布于粘膜上皮及粘液性细胞的Golgi器、粘原颗粒和胃腺主细胞的酶原颗粒中，证实人体组织细胞的ABH物质由自身产生，而不是从血液吸附。

The results indicated that the treatment of irradiation restrained the growth and differentiation of protocorm, especially to roots.The LD50 is 67.23Gy, because the protocorm is a integrate embryoids and higher tolerance was found. Ploidy analysis showed that most of aberrant seedlings go with the change of DNA and they were not euploid. When the plants trearted by irradiation, some of aberrant seedlings appeared stem forfication, and leaves appeared chlorophyll-deficient or green-white.,probably due to some genes' expression or closing.

结果表明：辐照处理对种胚原球茎的生长和分化有抑制作用，尤其是对根的抑制更为明显；由于种胚原球茎的完整性好，耐受性强，其辐照半致死剂量(LD50)为67.23Gy；流式细胞分析表明，大多数外部形态发生改变的植株其细胞内DNA的倍性发生了改变，出现相当多的非整倍体；此外，辐照产生的变异苗出现茎分叉、叶片缺绿或白绿相间等现象，可能是由于某些基因的表达与关闭引起的。

实验结果显示：支架中的成纤维细胞、脂肪细胞及组织纤维间质完全去除，胶原纤维得到了松散，并维持其原有的天然三维网络多孔结构；该材料透水汽性处于3000g.m-2.d-1左右，适合创面恢复；体外降解时间处于25～50h之间，并可根据需要调整工艺条件控制降解时间；拉伸强度介于10.20～11.50MPa之间，具有良好的拉伸强度；收缩温度介于70～85℃之间。上述结果表明该材料已解决了猪脱细胞真皮基质渗透性差、降解速度过慢的缺点，并且其透气性和拉伸强度高、降解性优良且可控，符合组织工程支架材料的要求。

However, the inhibition ratio would decrease when dosage over 8-80μM.

Primary cultured chondrocytes are poly-angle, cytoplasm-rich, and their nuclei are either round or oval with clear necleole. Metachromatic and alcian blue positive staining in primary cultured chondrocytes was observed. Intercellular matrix was anti-collagen type Ⅱ staining but not anti-collagen type Ⅰ staining by IHC assay.

Results Among the 52 cases, 30 cases were confirmed to fibrosarcomas, which were identical with primary dingnoses;22 cases were revised to malignant fibrous histocytoma (8 cases), malignant nerve sheath tumor (4 cases), monophasic spindle cell synovial sarcoma (3 cases), leiomyosarcoma(3 cases), rhabdomyosarcoma(2 cases) and abdominal desmmoid tumor (2 cases). Of the 18 cases, only two cases were misdiagnosed and were revised to malignant fibrous histocytoma and spindle cell synovial sarcoma, respectively.

结果：1980年前52例中维持原诊断30例，修改诊断22例(42.3%)，分别为恶性纤维组织细胞瘤8例、恶性神经鞘膜瘤4例、单相性梭形细胞滑膜肉瘤3例、平滑肌肉瘤3例、横纹肌肉瘤2例、韧带状纤维瘤2例；1980年后纤维肉瘤18例中，维持原诊断16例，修改诊断2例(11.1%)，分别为恶性纤维组织细胞瘤和滑膜肉瘤各1例。

A 46-year-old man presented with a gradually growing nodule on the left dorsal foot, which had been present for over 10 years. In the beginning, the lesion was treated as a keloid. Because of poor response to treatment, biopsy was arranged. Sections showed a dermal tumor composed of numerous foamy cells, hyalinized wiry collagen, spindle cells and entrapped collagen. The foamy cells were positive for KP1(CD68) and negative for S-100 protein and HMB-45. The histological and immunohistochemical results were consistent with the diagnosis of lipidized fibrous histiocytoma.

一位46岁男性从十年前开始於左足背上出现一个逐渐长大之结节，一开始被当作蟹足肿给予治疗，因为对治疗的反应不好，故安排了切片检查，病理显示一个由大量泡沫状细胞，坚硬而透明之胶原纤维，梭状细胞，胶原纤维束所构成的真皮肿瘤，免疫组织化学染色显示KP1(CD68)阳性，S-100 protein与HMB45阴性，综合病理与免疫组织化学染色结果，诊断为脂肪性纤维组织细胞瘤。
