Results Primary clinical manifestation of 9 patients were abulia,behavior disorders,thalamic aphasia,left spatial neglect,visual space function disorders,memory disorders.

结果9例患者主要临床表现为：意志缺乏和行为障碍、丘脑性失语和左侧空间忽视及视空间功能障碍、记忆障碍，而均无脑神经损害及运动、感觉障碍。

Methods Re-operations were done in235cases with recurrent cardiac valve diseases from1985to2003.Aˉmong these patients,155cases had received closed mitral commissurotomy,12with mitral valvuloplasty,43with biologˉical prosthetic failure,6with mechanical prosthetic dysfuction,6with periprosthetic leakage,2with prosthetic valve enˉdocarditis,8with other valve disease after valve replacement,1with closed mitral commissurotomy and redo MVR,redo DVR,1with closed mitral commissurotomy and redo MVR,redo MVRand redo AVR.6cases received TVR and179with tricuspid valvuloplasty.

1985年1月～2003年9月，235例复发性心脏瓣膜病再次手术，其中二尖瓣闭式分离术后155例，二尖瓣直视成形术后12例，生物瓣衰43例，机械瓣功能障碍6例，瓣周漏6例，机械瓣心内膜炎2例，换瓣后其它瓣膜病8例，1例闭式分离术后MVR后瓣膜障碍再次DVR，1例闭式术后MVR后瓣衰再次MVR后再行AVR，1例MVR后AVR后TVR。

与既往实验模型比较，此模型采用压力球囊法致慢性颈脊髓压迫具有以下优点：手术操作简单易行，安全性及成功率较高；导管廉价，压迫器制作方便；达到了渐进性压迫的目的；影像学及电生理检测比较准确地反映了慢性颈脊髓压迫的程度；脊髓功能障碍后脊髓病理组织学改变类似于人类脊髓型颈椎病的特征性改变；较理想地模拟CSM发病中的慢性渐进性压迫的病理过程。

结果 TOBS的临床主要表现为一过性意识障碍、眩晕、眼球运动障碍及瞳孔的变化、肢体运动障碍、偏盲或皮质盲、共济失调及记忆功能损害；磁共振显示梗死灶在丘脑、小脑、中脑、脑桥、枕叶、颞叶内侧面；数字减影血管造影显示为基底动脉及椎动脉闭塞或狭窄。

Tadalafil may be an effective drug for treating CRF reduced erection dysfunction.

同一浓度下，他达拉非对慢性肾功能衰竭兔阴茎海绵体平滑肌舒张百分比与罂粟碱、硝普钠相比较，舒张百分比均大于罂粟碱和硝普钠，且在10~(-5)mol/L、10~(-4)mol/L浓度，他达拉非对慢性肾功能衰竭兔阴茎海绵体平滑肌舒张百分比，与罂粟碱、硝普钠相比较有显著性差异(P＜0.01)结论他达拉非对慢性肾功能衰竭兔阴茎海绵体平滑肌舒张反应的影响具有浓度依赖性，他达拉非对慢性肾功能衰竭兔阴茎海绵体平滑肌舒张反应的影响优于罂粟碱及硝普钠，他达拉非可能是治疗慢性肾功能衰竭性阴茎勃起功能障碍的理想药物。
