Methods The 201 cases in 1979～1996 were retrospectively summarized. The clinical features including chief complaints, sex distribution, age at first visit, laterality, type of presentation, ocular deviation in the primary position, refractive errors, amblyopia, globe retraction, change of the palpebral fissure, upshoot and downshoot in adduction, binocular single vision, and its associated ocular and non-ocular anomalies were analyzed.

自1979～1996年回顾性地总结了201例DRS，对它的临床特征，包括主诉、性别分布、初诊年龄、侧向状态、表现类型、原在位的眼位偏斜、屈光不正、弱视、眼球后退、睑裂改变、内转时眼球急速上转和下转、双眼单视及其伴随的眼部和非眼部异常等予以分析。

其次发现不论在全体、单胞胎及双胞胎上，在早产方面，新生儿性别为男性、产妇身分为本国、产妇年龄、低出生体重、产妇心脏疾病、产妇肺病、产妇羊水异常、产妇海洋性贫血、产妇孕期抽烟、产妇孕期酗酒、产妇药瘾、产妇曾生早产或低出生体重儿、产妇糖尿病、产妇妊娠糖尿病、产妇梅毒、产妇妊娠毒血症、产妇肾脏病、产妇怀孕高血压、产妇子宫颈闭锁不全皆会增加早产的风险。

Methods: Study and collect 66 cases of inefficient epilepsy for 7 years, among which 41 examples were turned to validity through the further treatment ,but 25 examples were still inefficient .We analyse the inefficient reasons, then begin the further treatment again, still inefficient 25 example cases are different in following aspects such as the tipe of episode , course , the result of CT or MR , the abnormal degree of electroencephalogram before treatment, the medicine used befor, the course of treatment, the disease history, the tipe of the symptoms before episode, the frequency of episode, the inducing reasons, the age, the sex and so on.

调查收集近7年所治小儿癫痫无效病例66例，其中41例经进一步治疗转为有效，25例经进一步治疗仍无效，分析无效的原因，进一步调查经治疗仍无效的25例病例，在发作类型、病程、CT或MR检查结果、疗前脑电图异常程度、就诊前所用药物、疗程、既往病史、辨证分型、发作先兆、疗前发作频率、诱因、发病年龄、性别方面与有效病例的区别。

Animals in each group growth were good. No abnormal phenomenon was observed. ConclusionThe Trollius Beverrage's MTD of mice and rats was greater than 20000mg/. It was concluded that the product had no toxicity. The result of mutagenic test was negative and no abnormal phenomenon was observed after feeding for 30 days.

结论金莲花露对两种性别的大、小鼠的MTD均大于20 000 mg/，说明该产品属实际无毒物；三项致突变实验结果阴性；大鼠30 d喂养实验各项指标均无明显异常。
