Based on general orthogonal polynomials and general hybrid orthogonal functions, a new linear, continuous and bounded operator has been proposed in the dissertation. The definitions and properties of PGOPO are given, a various operational rules of the operator have been set up in a systematic way, the convergence of approximate solutions has been discussed. After introducing PGOPO and discussing its main properties and operational rules, a systematic methodology for solving various control problems via PGOPO has been developed.

本文在广义正交多项式及广义混合正交函数的基础上，提出了一种新的线性、连续、有界算子—分段广义正交多项式算子，探讨了这种算子的基本性质，并系统地建立了与该算子有关的各种运算规则及收敛性结论，给出了它在控制理论中的各种应用。

F〓 of transgenic allotetraploid fish containing"all-fish"transgene——pCAgcGHc was obtained respectively by inbreeding and gynogenesis. Positive rate of pCAgcGHc detected by PCR was 90％ in F〓 of transgenic allotetraploid fish produced by inbreeding, while most F〓 of transgenic allotetraploid fish produced by gynogenesis showed diploidy measured by flow cytometer. The results above imply that developing the pure line of transgenic allotetraploid fish through inbreeding is feasible, but the operation should be modified if gynogenesis is introduced.

采用近交和雌核发育方法培育出转pCAgcGHc基因异源四倍体鲫鲤F〓代，通过PCR检测，外源基因pCAgcGHc在近交转pCAgcGHc基因异源四倍体鲫鲤F〓中的整合率为90％，而流式细胞技术检测雌核发育转pCAgcGHc基因异源四倍体鲫鲤F〓的倍性多为二倍体，说明通过近交筛选转基因异源四倍体鲫鲤纯系的方法是可行的，但是通过雌核发育来筛选转基因异源四倍体鲫鲤纯系还要就方法上进一步的改进。

The design, synthesis of crosslinked poly-salenCo complexes and their application in the HKR of terminal epoxides Di-salicylaldehydcs and tri-salicylaldchydes S-3, S-4, S-5 were synthesized from some easily prepared acids. PAA/PVA IPN hydrogels were prepared by a sequential method by which acrylic acid firstly. polymerizes and cross-links in PVA/water solution with UV irradiation,then PVA physical cross-linked hydrogels are formed in cross-linked PAA networksby freezing-thawing. The orthogonal test design method was used to optimize theexperimental conditions based on the mechanical and swelling properties of thehydrogels. The effect of the PAA and crosslinking agent contents on the microscopicmorphology of the PAA/PVA IPN xerogel was investigated by transmission electronmicroscopy, and on the mechanical properties of the hydogels was studied bymeasurements of mechanical properties.
