急性肺炎

Some influenza A/H1N1 patients' condition may deteriorate so fast that a sudden high fever and a body temperature exceeding 39℃ appear at first, followed by severe pneumonia, acute respiratory distress syndrome, pneumorrhagia, pleural effusion, pancytopenia, renal failure, sepsis, shock and Reye Syndrome, respiratory failure and multiple organ injury, resulting in death ultimately.

Results The incidence of DM complicated by pulmonary infection was25.4%,which related closely to patient's age,course of disease,the levels of blood glucose and complications（P.05or P.01）,however,which didn't relate to sex.The pulmonary infections were ma-inly acute trachitis and bronchitis（42.2%）,then pneumonia,chronic bronchitis and pulmonary tuberculosis,etc.
