藏音念成：&Om Ah Hung Benza Guru P é ma Siddhi Hung&，这是莲花生大士的大咒，也是一切诸佛、上师和觉悟者的咒语。在这暴力无序的年代，持这个咒语具有特别强大的安详、治疗、转化和护卫的力量。
