Objective: To optimize the culture system of hEGcs in vitro, select the hEGcs from subculture to transplant directly to the rat infarcted myocardium and observe the therapeutic mechanism of their heterotransplantation in the treatment for the rat myocardial infarction.

目的：优化人胚胎生殖细胞的体外培养体系，并将生长状态良好的传代的人EG细胞移植用于大鼠心肌梗死模型的治疗，探讨人胚胎生殖细胞进行异种移植对大鼠心肌梗死的治疗机制。

Cases with unstable angina and 5 cases with non-QWMI, and 8 cases had OMI history.Risk factors:hypertention in 8 patients,diabetes mellitus in 4 patients, hyperlipoidemia in 8 cases,8 patients smoked for many years.

不稳定型心绞痛15例（75.0%），急性非Q波心肌梗死5例（25.0%），有陈旧性心肌梗死8例（40.0%），合并高血压患者8例(40.0%)，高脂血症8例(40.0%)，糖尿病4例(20.0%)，吸烟8例(40.0%)。

取5~10周人胚胎生殖腺嵴和背侧肠系膜，用添加和不添加细胞因子的两种培养体系对比进行组织块原代及传代培养，选取生长情况良好的传至第4代的人EG细胞，移植到急性心肌梗死大鼠的梗死心肌周围，分别于移植后1天、1、2、4周处死大鼠，以鼠抗人细胞核抗体MAB1281作为示踪剂，通过免疫组化方法检测移植细胞的分布。
