We describe a case of 78-year-old man who presented with myocardial infarction and heart failure with cardiomegaly.

我们报告一例个案是心肌梗塞后伴随左心室假性动脉瘤。

Methods Clinical diagnosis of cardiomyopathy 13 cases,carditis 11 cases,hypertensive heart failure 9 cases,cardiac infarction 9 cases,and rheumatice heart failure 2 cases were divided in NHYA Ⅱ 7 cases,Ⅲ 29 cases,Ⅳ 8 cases.

临床诊断心肌病13例、心肌炎11例、高血压心脏病心力衰竭9例、心肌梗塞9例、风湿性心瓣膜性2例，共44例按NHYA分类，Ⅱ级7例、Ⅲ级29例、Ⅳ级8例。
