心肌梗塞

Objective: To research the effects of traditional Chinese medicine and autoplastic transplantation of bone marrow mononuclear cells or bone marrow mesenchyme stem cells on the serious disease, such as myocardial infarction , hepatic injury and hepatic fibrosis, etc. Methods and Results:(1) MI was induced in a percutaneous swine by embolization in coronary artery.

为了探索中药和干细胞移植对心肌梗死、肝损伤及肝纤维化等重大疾病的治疗作用，进行了如下研究：（1）利用心导管技术，建立了冠状动脉栓塞中国小型猪心肌梗塞模型，利用此模型，观察中药复方双龙方与自体骨髓单个核细胞对心肌梗塞的治疗作用及对心功能的影响。

Results:The IRA on right coronary artery was 19 cases (73%),on left circumflex was six cases (23%)in inferior wall AMI,and on left anterior descending was 26 cases(90%)in anterior wall AMI.

本研究对26例急性下壁心肌梗塞、29例急性前壁心肌梗塞患者的心电图和冠状动脉造影结果进行分析比较，对心电图在诊断急性下壁、前壁心肌梗塞中的价值进行评价。

Methods Thirty domestic dogs were randomly divided into 5 groups (6 in each group ): model control group, positive control group, and TGP groups with doses of 2.0, 4.0, and 8.0 mg·kg-1, respectively. The descending branch of left coronary artery was ligated to construct the model of myocardial infarction in the anesthetic thoraco-opened dogs. The effect of TGP on epicardium electrocardiogram , myocardial infarction size and serum myocardial enzymes were observed.

取杂种犬30只，随机分为5组（每组6只），分别为模型对照组、阳性对照药物组及TGP 2.0、4.0和 8.0 mg·kg-1剂量组；采用结扎麻醉开胸犬左冠状动脉前降支制备急性心肌梗塞模型，观察TGP对心外膜电图、心肌梗塞面积和血清心肌酶的影响。

Objective To observe the effect of nerve growth factor on cardiac cholinergic innervation in rat with myocardial infarction to oxplore the effect of NGF in treatment of AMI.

目的 观察神经生长因子对大鼠心肌梗塞后胆碱能神经的影响，探讨NGF对心肌梗塞的可能治疗作用。

Prior administration of "Styrax Pill for Coronary Disease" proper (6 components viz., styrax liquidus, Borneolum, Lignum santali, Aristolochia, Olibanum and Cinnabaris) or the mixture of Styrax liquidus, Borneolum, Lignum Santali and Olibanum to mice prolonged the survival time of the animals subjected to low pressure hypoxia. Styrax liquidus and Borneolum administered separately showed the same effect, whereas none of the other four components showed significant protection.

用小鼠耐缺氧试验和麻醉狗冠状窦血流量及心脏动-静脉血氧差(MA-VO_2)的实验研究冠心苏合丸及其成分的作用，发现：(1)冠心苏合丸能延长小鼠耐缺氧的时间；(2)冠心苏合丸能使心肌梗塞狗的CSF回升，减少心率和MA-VO_2，对非心肌梗塞狗不能提高CSF但亦能减少心率和MA-VO_2；(3)在本实验条件下，苏合香脂和冰片似为冠心苏合丸中起作用的两个成分，其余成分如檀香、青木香、乳香或其油均未能证实其效果。

AMI patients admitted on weekends had higher mortality than those admitted during weekdays. Higher physician volume is associated with lower in-hospital AMI mortality. Furthermore, patients cared for by cardiologists have lower mortality than those cared for by non-internists. Additionally, patients admitted to teaching hospitals have lower mortality than those admitted to nonteaching hospitals.

急性心肌梗塞病患周末住院较平常日住院有较高的住院死亡风险，较高的医师服务量与较低的急性心肌梗塞住院死亡风险有关，心脏专科医师治疗的住院死亡风险相较其他非内科医师为低，教学医院治疗的住院死亡风险亦较非教学医院为低。
