Methods Myocardial ischemia was induced by subcutaneous injection of ISO (30 mg/kg for two days, once a day). The experimental animals were randomly divided into the normal group, ISO group, positive control group and three crocetin groups (25, 50, 100 mg/kg). Cardiac indexes were examined. The level of LDH, CK, MDA in serum were measured. The content of MDA, GSH-Px and the ATPase activity heart and mitochondria were assayed by colorimetric analysis. The histopathological change of myocardia was investigated by HE staining.

采用大剂量ISOsc诱导产生大鼠急性心肌缺血模型(1SO30mg／kg，每日一次，连续2d)，实验大鼠随机分为正常组、ISO模型组、阳性对照组和3个西红花酸给药组(25，50，100mg／kg)，测定心脏系数和血清中乳酸脱氢酶、磷酸肌酸激酶和丙二醛含量，观察心肌组织谷肮甘肤过氧化物酶、Na^ ，K^ —ATP酶和Ca^2 ，Mg^2 —ATP酶活性及心脏病理改变，观察西红花酸的保护作用。

The anti-ischemia effect in myocardium of corydalis rhizoma is related to the direct protective effects on cardiomyocytes of its components, tetrahydropalmatine, dehydrocorydaline, berberine and palmatine, amomg which tetrahydropalmatine and dehydrocorydaline are the most important, the former with high safety and low efficacy, while the latter with low safety and high efficacy. And the direct protective effects on cardiomyocytes of these four components, may be attained through mechanisms other than anti-peroxidation.

延胡索抗心肌缺血损伤的作用与其成分延胡索乙素、脱氢紫堇碱、黄连素和巴马汀对心肌细胞的直接保护能力有关；其中，延胡索乙素和脱氢紫堇碱的作用最为重要，前者安全性高，但效能较低，后者安全性低，而效能较高；而这4个单体的保护作用可能是通过抗氧化损伤之外的机制达到的。

Methods The rat models of heart failure were established by left anterior descending coronary artery deligation. After 6 w, 24 surviving rats were divided into sham,model and Ramipril groups at random,8 rats in each,and were treated with medicines by intragastric administration respectively. At 10 w, left ventricular enddiastolic pressure, left ventricular systolic pressure,+dp/dtmax anddp/ dtmaxof left ventricular pressure were measured.

结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支并饲养6 w的16只存活大鼠，随机分为模型组及雷米普利组，每组8只，另取8只大鼠为假手术组，连续灌胃给药4 w后测定大鼠血流动力学参数，ELISA方法检测血清及左心室非梗死区AngⅡ的含量，RTPCR 法测定左心室非梗死区心肌组织AT1R mRNA表达水平，Masson染色观察非梗死区心肌胶原的沉积。
