结果 实验组大鼠心肌在左室壁内膜下、心尖、室中隔部位出现明显坏死等改变，病变呈灶状或条索状分布，涉及范围较大，有淋巴细胞和单核细胞浸润，心肌细胞呈颗粒变性，肌原纤维凝聚、崩解，部分肌纤维溶解。

objective to know the affection and related factors of neuroleptic to myocardial ischemia.methods i make a questionnaire by myself and investigate the electrocardiograms of 358 mental patients in our hospital.results myocardial ischemia is more familiar and it is reated to sex and age.conclusion the side effect of neuroleptic to heart cannot be neglected and electrocardiogram shall be inspected termly when neurolepthic is used, especially for female patients.

目的 了解抗精神病药物对心肌缺血（s-t段下移、t波低平、倒置）的影响及相关因素。方法自行设计调查表，对我院358例住院治疗的精神病患者进行心电图调查。结果心电图改变以心肌缺血较常见，且与性别、年龄相关。结论抗精神病药物对心脏的副作用不可忽视，应用抗精神病药物时定期监测心电图，尤其是女性患者。
