The results show that it is much reasonable to evaluate pharmacodynamics of traditional Chinese drug which treat thoracic obstruction cardialgia in the acute myocardial infarction models with blood stasis in rats.

大鼠"血瘀证"下急性心肌梗死模型与单纯急性心肌梗死模型在心电图变化上存在明显差异，在血流动力学各项指标上无明显差异，提示采用"血瘀证"下急性心肌梗死模型来评价治疗胸痹心痛中药的药效学更为合理。关键词：血瘀；心肌梗死；大鼠 Wistar；血流动力学；心电描记术

Objective: Through establishing the acute myocardial ischemia rat model, we discuss the situation of myocardial apoptosis and expression of apoptosis- associated factors during the later period of acute myocardial ischemia, as well as Cornu Cervi s intervention function and the mechanism of its inhibitory effects, further to analyze the protective effect of Cornu Cervi on the myocardial ischemia.

目的：通过建立大鼠急性心肌缺血动物模型，探讨在急性心肌缺血损伤后期心肌细胞凋亡情况及凋亡相关因素的变化，以及鹿茸的干预作用及其可能机制，进一步分析鹿茸对损伤心肌的保护作用。

The left ventricular internal dimension at end diastole, interventricular septal thickness at end diastole and left ventricular posterior wall thickness at end diastole were measured in the parastemal long axis view by transthoracic two-dimensional echocardiography, and to calculate left ventricular ejection fraction with Teichholtz formula and left ventricular mass with modified Devereux formula, left ventricular mass index=LVM/body surface area. From the apical four chamber and two chamber view, the basical segment and middle segment of interventricular septal, left ventricular lateral wall, anterior wall and inferior wall were obtained by tissue Doppler imaging, Regional left ventricular relaxation asynchrony index was calculated.

应用二维超声心动图在胸骨旁左心室长轴观测量左心室舒张末期内径、室间隔和左心室后壁舒张末期厚度，采用Teichholtz公式计算左心室射血分数，采用Devereux校正公式计算左心室心肌质量，左心室心肌质量指数=左心室心肌质量/体表面积；在心尖四腔心和心尖两腔心切面，应用组织多普勒成像获取室间隔、左心室侧壁、前壁和下壁的基底段和中间段8个心肌节段沿左心室长轴运动的速度频谱，测算左心室局部心肌松弛不同步性指数(regional left ventricular relaxation asynchrony index， AI)；在心尖四腔心切面，应用彩色M型多普勒超声心动图测量左心室舒张早期血流传播速度。

Exposed to 4% oxygen concentration, the cardiac muscle ultrastructure of Gansu zokors had serious injury after hypoxia 2h.

在4%氧浓度的低氧耐受实验中，甘肃鼢鼠在低氧2，4h后，心肌纤维收缩明显呈波浪状，低氧时间延长至6，8和10h后，心肌显微波浪状收缩由强逐渐变弱，并逐渐恢复至正常状态，说明鼢鼠心肌在6h以后对严重缺氧环境开始代偿性适应；SD大鼠2h组心肌纤维断裂严重，收缩加强成明显的波浪状，随着低氧时间得增加，4h组呈严重成挛状收缩，损伤加剧，提示SD大鼠在这一氧浓度下已经无法正常调动其代偿机制。3。

Results:A total of 1.4 million cardiocytes can be obtained from one rat and the vital cell was over 90%;Cardiocytes began to adhere and grow after 4～ 6 h,to obviously proliferation after 12～24 h,and to converge together after3～4 days.The cardiocytes showed spherical,fusiform and polygon shape in the visual field of inverted microscope.All cells stretched out parapodium and beated spontaneously and rhythmically.

结果：分离1只乳鼠获得的心肌细胞产量约为140万个，且有活力心肌细胞占90％以上；培养4～6h的乳鼠心肌细胞开始贴壁生长，12～24h明显增殖，3～4 d后细胞融合成片；心肌细胞由圆形变为梭形、星形、多角形，并出现自发性节律性搏动。

Results (1)The permillage of myocyte apoptosis in infarct area in elder patients with sudden death caused by AMI was significantly higher than that in control group(663.00‰±117.12‰ vs 34.30‰±20.68‰,P＜0 .01).However the permillage of myocyte apoptosis in 1-vessel,2-vessel,and 3 - vessel disease were 514.28±165.12‰,564.38‰±102.33‰ and 668.25‰±127. 19‰,respectiverly,significantly higher as compared to control group(All P＜ 0.01).But no significance was found among the three groups.(2)The size of DNA f ragment about 180～200 bp was found only in those patients with two and three ve ssels involoved.(3)The electron microscope showed the characteristics of myocyte apoptosis episodes,the others showed the characteristics of necrosis.

结果 TUNEL法发现，猝死者梗死区的心肌细胞凋亡千分数老年组(663.00‰±117.12‰)明显高于正常对照(34.30‰±20.68‰)(P＜0.001)；心肌细胞凋亡千分数在冠脉1支病变者(514.28‰±165.12‰)＜2支病变者(564.38‰±102.12‰)＜3支病变者(668.25‰±127.19‰)，虽然均明显高于正常对照(均P＜0.01)，但三组之间比较则无统计学上的差别(均P＞0.05)；冠脉2～3支病变者梗死区的心肌细胞DNA电泳可见相差约180～220 bp的阶梯片段；电镜发现猝死者梗死区内的心肌细胞核膜完整、染色质浓集、电子密度增加的凋亡特征，有的则出现核膜破裂、染色质溶解成碎屑的坏死现象。

Study on human and rabbit blood pressure, heart rate, myocardial enzyme, ESR and pathology index after ultrashort wave radiating pointed out that ultrashort wave of nothermogenesis and microthermogenesis dose had no injury on myocardial cells of human and rabbits, warmthermogenesis dose also had same effect to human, but not to rabbits. 超短波照射对新西兰白兔和人体血压、心率、心肌酶、血沉、病理组织学等指标影响的研究，说明无热量和微热量的超短波对兔和人体的心肌细胞无损伤作用；温热量超短波对兔心肌细胞有损伤作用，但对人体心肌细胞无损伤作用；长时间的热量超短波照射对心肌细胞有显著的损伤作用，甚至能导致严重的心律失常或心跳骤停。

Result: The series of Muskone can improve myocardial ischemia and infarction in experimental canines, and relieve significantly the degree of myocardial ischemia determined by epicardial electrogram mapping,decrease the range of myocardial ischemia determined by epicardial electrogram mapping and decrease infarction zone determined by N-BT staining method. And it has a significant inhibition on activity of ET induced by myocardial ischemia and infarction, and increases 6-Keto-PGF1αand 6-Keto-PGF1α/TXB2 induced by myocardial ischemia.

结果：冠心苏合丸系列组方具有明显改善犬急性心肌缺血和心肌梗死的作用，明显减轻由心外膜电图标测的心肌缺血程度及范围；减小经N-BT染色所显示的梗死区；对心肌缺血及心肌梗死引起ET的活性有明显抑制作用，同时升高血浆6-Keto-PGF1α和6-Keto-PGF1α/TXB2的比值。
