METHODS: The model of acute myocardial ischemia of rats was created by ligaturing the left coronary artery and followed with recording changes of EGG, the range of myocardial infarct and the levels of the AST, CK, LDH, SOD and MDA enzymes in blood serum to study the effects of gleditsioside on myocardial ischemia in rats.
