Objective:To investigate the clinical value of echocardiography in the treatment of angina decubitus.

目的：总结31例卧位型心绞痛治疗体会，初步探讨了超声心动图在卧位型心绞痛治疗中的应用价值。

According to the echocardiography,enlarged internal diameter of left ventricle was found in 8 patients and short-axis fractional shortening of left ventricle 5% in 3 patients.Six out of the above 8 patients presented with shortening of accerlerating time,decreasing of accerlerating time/right ventricular ejective time value and moving forward of spectral peak in different degrees.All patients were given antianginal drugs such as β-recepter blockers,nitrate preparations and part by angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor,diuretics and digoxin,The illncss of 29 patients were gradually controlled within one week.Three patients with AD were complicated by acute left heart failure.No obvious changes in FS of left ventricle were found on echocardiography by bed.

测量肺动脉瓣口血流频谱，左心室内径增大的8例中有6例出现不同程度的血流加速时间缩短，血流加速时间/右心室射血时间比值减小，频谱峰值前移。31例均给予β受体阻滞剂、硝酸酯类等抗心绞痛治疗，部分给予血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、利尿剂和地高辛，其中29例在1周内卧位型心绞痛逐步得到控制。3例卧位型心绞痛发作时合并急性左心衰竭者，在床旁观察超声心动图，发现左心室短轴缩短率无显著变化，给予利尿剂、减轻前后负荷等治疗，急性左心衰竭得以纠正。

Methods:we examined the level of crp of 58 cases with coronary heart disease(14 cases with acute myocardial infarction, 21 cases with unstable angina and 23 cases stable angina)and 30 cases without coronary heart disease by immunodiffusion and turbidimetry method.

采用免疫散射光比浊法检测了58例冠心病患者（14例急性心肌梗死，21例不稳定型心绞痛，23例稳定型心绞痛）及30例非冠心病对照组的crp的水平。

I think if we select our patients right, those with a significant amount of ischemia and/or a significant amount of anginal symptoms, than PCI will be of significant benefit.

若纳入患者更正确些，那些心绞痛发作频繁和/或心绞痛症状明显的患者，会大大从PCI治疗中受益。

Objective Analyzing the changes of QT dispersal degree of cardiogram of unstable anginal patients and healthy adults and exploring the effect on QTd of unstable anginal patients by using β1 retarder-metoprolol.

目的分析不稳定心绞痛患者与健康成人心电图QT离散度变化及探讨选择β1受体阻滞剂—美托洛尔对不稳定心绞痛患者QTd的影响。

Methods Monocytes in peripheral blood were obtained from 12 patients with acute myocardial infarction, 16 unstable angina pectoris, 12 stable angina pectoris and 8 normals by ficoll density gradient centrifugalization. The cells were incubated for 48 hours to induce them to differentiate into macrophages by adding phorbolester 12-myristate 13-acetate. The levels of MMP-9 and TF in the supernatant were measured by ELISA.

密度梯度离心法提取12名急性心肌梗死、16名不稳定心绞痛、12名稳定型心绞痛患者和8名冠脉正常者的单核细胞，用佛波酯诱导其分化为巨噬细胞，ELISA法测定单核源巨噬细胞上清液MMP-9、TF含量。

78 patients with high risk UAP were randomized divided into two groups: emergent PCI groups, 46 patients; non-emergent PCI groups,32 patients; All the patients were performed coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary intervention. The cardiac events(including angina pectoris, acute myocardial infarction, sudden death, reintervention and coronary artery bridge graft) in 30 days, symptom relief rate, symptom relief time, duration of hospitalization and hospitalization expenditure were recorded.

78例高危不稳定性心绞痛患者急诊入院后随机分为两组：急诊介入组46例，非急诊介入组32例，两组均行冠脉造影和介入治疗，对比观察30d内心脏事件（包括心绞痛、急性心肌梗死、猝死、再次介入治疗及冠脉搭桥手术）的发生率、症状缓解率、症状缓解时间和住院时间等。
