Methods: The transesophageal atrial pacing and electrophysiologic study were performed in 237 patients with history of tachycardia, if PSVT was induced, the patients received overdrive suppression or program prestimulation.

选择237例有心动过速发作史的患者进行食管心房调搏检查，如果诱发出阵发性室上速，进行12导联心电图记录后，予以短阵快速刺激或程序期前刺激终止之。

ECG:①Atrial fibrillation (15 cases),Left bundle branch block (LBBB,6 cases),Ventricular presystole 17 cases,nonsustained VP and sustained VP were 9 and 5 cases respectively,and all the latter died.

心电图：①房颤15例，左束支传导阻滞(LBBB，6例)；②室性早搏(VP，17例)；③非持续性室早搏和持续性早搏分别占9例和5例(后5例均已死亡)。

对276例脑器质性精神障碍患者进行12周的奥氮平治疗，使用bprs、tess评定治疗效果，治疗前后查血常规、尿常规、肝功能、肾功能、血糖、血脂、心肌酶、心电图、脑电图、胸透检查。

Methods:276 patients of psychogeny associated with brain disease were treated with Olanzapine for 12 weeks. All subjects were evaluated with BPRS and TESS. And patients were checked blood and urine routine, liver and renal function, blood sugar, blood fat, CM enzyme, EKG, EEG, chest fluoroscopic examination.

目的：探讨奥氮平治疗脑器质性精神障碍的有效性和耐受性方法：对276例脑器质性精神障碍患者进行12周的奥氮平治疗，使用BPRS、TESS评定治疗效果，治疗后查血常规、尿常规、肝功能、肾功能、血糖、血脂、心肌酶、心电图、脑电图、胸透检查。

Rats in control group and model group received 0.9% sodium chloride solution 10 mL/kg. Rats in compound danshen dripping pills group received 0.75% compound danshen dripping pills 10 mL/kg. Rats in Xintongzhi drop pill high dose group and Xintongzhi drop pill low dose group received 3.6%, 1.8% Xintongzhi drop pill 10 mL/kg, respectively. After 7 days except control group, myocardial ischemia models were established by ranine vein of hypophysin in other four groups. The changes of lactate dehydrogenase,α-Hydroxybutyrate Dehydrogenase, creatine kinase, creatine kinase MB and ECG were recorded in each groups.

正常组和模型组予0.9%氯化钠注射液，复方丹参滴丸对照组予0.75%复方丹参滴丸水溶液，心痛治滴丸高剂量组、心痛治滴丸低剂量组分别给予3.6%、1.8%的心痛治滴丸水溶液，各组均10 mL/kg，每日1次灌胃。7日后除正常组外，其余4组均采用垂体后叶素0.5 U/kg舌下静脉注射制备大鼠急性心肌缺血模型，并检测各组乳酸脱氢酶、α-羟丁酸酶、磷酸肌酸激酶及磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶和心电图的改变。

Results Compared with percutaneous coronary angiography,the sensitivity of sixteen slice sparil CT in diagnosing moderate and severe coronary stenosis was 83.05%,and the specificness,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and degree of accuracy was 95.97%,89.09%,93.46% and 92.31% respectively.

结果 16层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影对照经皮选择性冠状动脉造影对冠状动脉中、重度狭窄显示的对照结果：敏感性83.05%、特异性95.97%、阳性预测值89.09%、阴性预测值93.46%、准确度92.31%。结论 16层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影对心电图正常的胸痛患者具有良好的诊断价值，并可对冠状动脉形态学进行良好的评价，从而进行介入治疗的筛选。

Finally statistical analysis is conducted.Result: Orally taking Xuefu Zhuyu Tang and calming-wind medicines can ease stenocardia,improve ECG,enhance the stopped rate of nitroglycerin,better the heart contraction and dilation,regulate blood fat,promote blood rheology,lower CRP、ET、TXB2,raise NO、6-keto-PGF1αand so on,compired with the control group,it is obviously statically meaningful without obvius adverse reaction.

结果：血府逐瘀汤加治风活络药物内服治疗能有效地缓解心绞痛和临床症状；改善心电图；提高速效扩冠药的停减率；改善心脏的收缩及舒张功能；调节血脂；改善血液流变学；降低CRP、ET、TXB2的水平，升高NO、6-keto-PGF1α的水平等，与对照组相比，有显著的统计学意义，且未发现明显的不良反应。

The detected ability of CT and ECG wasn＇t improved for coronary arteries stenosed ≥50%.

CT和心电图联合应用对冠脉狭窄节段的检出能力无提高。
