Operation is not the end of the treatment. Close attention should be paid to the postoperatively rehabilitative strategies such as biofeedback therapy, psychosocial counseling, antegrade continence enema ff necessary. It is very important for pediatric surgeons to improve quality of life of the patients with ARM because it is deeply concerned with the whole life of the patients.

Results:(1) In majority of patients, the onset of the disease started in their 20-40 decade. The skin lesions were mainly located in the groins and axillae.(2) Food, drug and mood might exacerbate the disease.

结果(1)发病年龄多在20~40岁，好发于腋窝、腹股沟等皱褶部位；(2)食物、药物、心理等因素可以加重病情；(3)4例患者有乏力的表现，与皮疹严重程度一致；(4)病程超过20年的患者中，多数(10/15)无逐年好转的趋势；(5)对药物治疗的反应个体差异较大，局部结合系统治疗有一定疗效。

During the treatment,the author tried to explain the aim,method and treating effect of the operation, help the patients to relieve nervousness end worries, observe the patients' inoperative response under cardiopneumograph and guide the patients for the postoperative observation of complications so that the treatment was completed successfully.

报告39例肝癌病人在治疗过程中，细致观察病情，积极配合医生做好病人心理护理，让病人了解手术的目的、方法及疗效，消除紧张和顾虑，术中持续心电监护并观察病人的反应，术后做好并发症的观察和病人的指导，使本组病人顺利完成了治疗。

Methods we applied the improvement corah dental anxiety scale（DAS to investigate the patients at the clinic on dental anxiety,and screen 160 patients with anxiety, divide them into two groups at random, carry on the psychological intervention treatment and general treatment separately,then statistic the data.

采用改良的牙科焦虑量表(corah dental anxiety scale，DAS)对门诊就诊患者进行牙科焦虑调查，筛选出伴焦虑者160例，随机分为两组，分别进行心理诱导治疗和一般治疗，并对数据进行统计分析。

Methods 72 senile patients were randomly divided into: control group(n=36) treated with benazepril 10mg/d routine hypotensor therapy and research group(n=36) with combination of benazepril 10mg/d and fluoxetine 20mg/d and psychotherapy for 6 weeks.
