Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of the comprehensive psychotherapy on essential hypertension Methods:A total of 100 essential hypertension patients were divided into studied group and comparing group,according to their odd or even ordinal numbers during the psychological examination.

目的 ：观察综合性心理治疗原发性高血压的疗效。方法：将 10 0例原发性高血压患者按心理检查时单双序号分为研究组和对照组。研究组在口服常规降压药物治疗的基础上，采用行为干预治疗、生物反馈、放松训练、支持性心理治疗等综合疗法。对照组仅口服常规降压药物治疗。每位患者均于治疗前、治疗后 3个月和 6个月检测临床指标：血压、血脂(TC、TG、HDL- C)、进行治疗前及同期组间比较。
