In this thesis thecurrent situation and future of the aged has been analyzed mainly, seven characters werediscussed as followed: trend of aging phenomenon, high growing speed of this phenomenon,big absolute unit of population, un-equilibrium distribution in the whole country, low healthylevel, exceeding economic development. The influence on economy, society, family,psychology and so on had been discussed also. It pointed out the importance of stabilizing thebirth level, performing new trinity mode of providing for the aged by themselves, by thesociety and by their children, taking actions to delay the aging speed correspondingly andfulfilling elementary service for their health.

This thesis contains five chapters. Chapter 1 introduces the cause, purpose and value of the thesis and the problems that affect the existence of the east-and-west-facing residence. Chapter 2 analyzes the affecting factors of the facing of residence including the thermo-comfortability, the spiritual and mental state and the ecological environment etc. Chapter 3 analyzes the specific circumstances, under which the east-and-west-facing residence is practicable. For example, in order to enjoy the view, to make good use of the land and to form the endocentric residential area, we can choose the east-and-west-facing residence. Chapter 4 puts forward some measurements, including the planning design, the architecture design and the constitution design, to make the east-and-west-facing residence hot-proof so that we can eliminate the most disadvantageous factor in the south. 本文从沈从文小说创作历程及其生命历程中探寻创作主体的文化心理和文化理想追求的轨迹；从小说文本中发掘、分析其独特的文化蕴涵；并进而对沈从文文化意识的接受和选择进行探源，从中揭示创作主体的文化精神世界的丰富性和复杂性；然后从沈从文小说艺术世界建构中分析其文化理想精神蕴涵；最后总结沈从文小说创作文化书写的意义、价值及局限。

Methods:a total of 50 patients of manic with agressive behavor and 50 patients with no agressive behavor were compaired with their rebation data.results: the two groups were signifcent different in brms and the dinical charaters.imply that the active,agression factor,dinical character of agressive history,irritably of brms were the agressive behavor danger factors.conclusions: to give nurse intervene and heath cducation in manic with agressive behavor early could decrease the agessive behavor mostly.

采用对照分析法，对50例有攻击行为的躁狂症患者和50例无攻击行为的躁狂症患者的相关资料进行分析和显著性检验。结果：两组躁狂症患者在brms和临床特征上存在显著差异，提示brms的动作活动、敌意因子分和临床特征中既往有攻击史，易激惹、不合作及医护人员的强制手段是躁狂症患者的攻击行为的危险因素。结论：及早对躁狂症攻击行为患者实施心理干预及健康指导，可以将攻击行为减少到最低限度。

本文借助了比较文学形象学的理论和方法论，首先梳理了清代前中国人眼中的&西方形象&，分析出中国古人看世界的文化心理和传统思维模式特点，接着结合上述特点解读清代游记中的&英国形象&，并分析出清代游记和清代使官在英国形象生成中的作用和意义：游记文本是一种文化叙事，游记的互文性写作完成清代人对英国的集体想象；清代使官作为形象的建构者，试图背离中国传统的集体想象，他们借助英国形象言说自我的欲望、反思自身的文化。
