Cardiac hypertrophy and extracellular matrix remodeling happened as a result of chronic overrange of pressure in heart and hypervolaemia which lead to damage of relaxation and compliance of heart.Drugs including renin-angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor,angiotensin receptor blocker,aderergic receptor blocker,aldrosteron antagonism,tatins endothelin receptor blocker pancreatic kiniogenase and calcalium channel blocker,can delay or reverse the remodeling by several mechanisms.

主要表现为心脏在慢性超负荷的压力、容量作用下发生的病理改变致使左室肥厚组织胶原结构发生改变，导致心肌顺应性降低，舒张功能受到损害；作用于肾素-血管紧张素系统的药物及肾上腺素受体阻滞剂、醛固酮拮抗剂、他汀类药物、内皮素受体拮抗剂、胰激肽原酶、钙通道阻滞剂等药物通过不同途径和机制延缓和逆转左心室重构。

Objective To explore the correlation factor of chronic kidney failure with left ventricle pachynsis.

目的 探讨慢性肾衰竭并左心室肥厚的相关因素。方法对 1 86例慢性肾衰竭患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。

The index of left ventricle pachynsis was lowered after treatment in both groups. The decrease of that in the treating group and diastolc function mprovement were more obvious (P.01). Conclusion: Bu Shen He Luo Fang has explicit hypotensive effects and it can depress ventricle remodeling.One of the mechanisms,we conjectured,are maybe local externalization of HGF.

&补肾和络&细颗粒剂具有明确的降血压及抑制高血压左室重塑的作用，推测其机制之一是通过改变局部HGF的分泌实现的，即通过促进组织HGF分泌，恢复其自身修复能力而逆转心室重塑，发挥其心血管保护作用；同时改善内皮功能，维护心肌组织与内皮的稳定性。

Methods: The motion of parasternal papillary muscle anterior wall, inferior wall, posterior wall, and lateral wall were detected by 2DE at short axis view of left ventricle before PTCA, 3 d and 1-3 months after PTCA in 33 cases of patients with coronary heart disease, who received PTCA+stent at selected time. Peak systolic velocity of subendocardial, subepicardial and middle layer myocardium, transmural velocity difference of the same segments and Outer lateral mitral valve annulus were also detected at apical 4 chamber view by pulsed wave tissue Doppler imaging.

对33例择期行PTCA+支架术的冠心病患者用HP5500型超声诊断仪，于PTCA术前及术后3d、1-3个月对胸骨旁左心室乳头肌短轴切面的前间壁、下壁、后壁、侧壁行二维超声心动图(2DE)检测各节段的室壁运动情况，用脉冲组织多普勒成像检测上述各节段的内、外膜下及中层心肌的收缩期峰值速度，内外膜下心肌的收缩速度差及心尖四腔观二尖瓣外侧环的收缩期峰值速度。

TBS had obvious image features on CDE:① The parasternal long axis view of two-dimensional echocardiography （2DE） image showed discontinuous echo of ventricular septal,and the anterior aorta developed from right ventricle while the posterior pulmonary artery straddled on the ventricular septal, which was named 2DE ＂straddle sign＂.
