0前言非调质钢具有优良的使用性能和较低的生产成本，受到普遍重视。HG70钢是武钢开发的工程结构用钢，具有强度高、低温韧性好的特点。传统高强度钢一般碳当量较高，焊接性能较差。通过加入微量合金元素、采取新的控轧和调质工艺，使得HG70钢在提高强度的同时，亦保持了较高的韧性和较低的碳当量，因而从理论上讲HG70应具有较好的焊接性能，但HG70钢与HS-70焊丝的匹配情况，还有待于分析验证。
