微观研究

The law of water absorption in the process of hot water aging and the effects of different hot water aging conditions on the surface fracture appearances of PCs were studied. The hot water aging mechanism of PCs was discussed.

在老化时间0～200 h内，共取样9次，研究了三种PC在热水老化过程中的吸水规律、不同热水老化条件对PC表面微观破坏形貌的影响，讨论了PC热水老化机理。

In this paper, the influences of acetanilide content on the microstructure and macro properties of polyvinyl chloride were studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry, wide angle X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope.

In this paper,acetanilide,adipic acid and potassium hydrogen phthalate were chosen as additives to advance polyvinyl chloride to crystallize. The effects of compress mold,annealing temperature and time,additive property and loading on the crystallization,microscopicmorphology and mechanical properties of PVC were studied by means of wide angle X-ray diffraction,differential scanning calorimetry,fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer,scanning electron microscopeand tensile test.

本文利用乙酰苯胺、己二酸和邻苯二甲酸氢钾作为聚氯乙烯结晶改性的添加剂，通过广角X-射线衍射法、差示扫描量热法、傅立叶转换红外光谱、扫瞄电镜和万能电子实验机研究了热压、热处理温度和时间、添加剂结构和质量分数对PVC结晶、微观形态和宏观机械性能的影响。

This paper studies the effect of consequent post heat treatment on the mechanical property and shape memory ratio of the welded TiNi joints in TiNi shape memory alloy precise pulse resistance butt welding,analyzes the joint structures and fractographies affecting mechanical property and shape memory ratio of welded joint by using strength testing, SEM and TEM, gets the optimum welding parameters obtaining good shape recovery ratio welded joint, and has discovered the inherent reason for proper consequent post heat treatment to promote the joint shape recovery ratio from microcosmic point.

摘 要：采用拉伸测试、SEM、TEM和定点成分能谱分析等手段研究了随机后热处理对TiNi形状记忆合金精密脉冲电阻对焊焊接接头力学性能、形状恢复率的影响，并对影响接头力学性能和形状恢复率的接头组织和形貌进行了研究，得出了获得具有较高形状恢复率接头的焊接参数，从微观角度揭示了随机后热处理提高接头形状恢复率的内在原因，为TiNi形状记忆合金的开发和应用提供了基础，具有重大的理论和实际应用价值。

过去的研究大多停留在宏观定性的实验研究，尚缺少微观定量的分析。

For the purpose to study its critical issues for fusion application, many kinds of V-W-Cr-Ti-Al alloys were developed, and were used for studies of recovery and recrystallization, aging behavior and precipitation hardening, high-temperature mechanical performance, effects of H on mechanical properties and hydrogen enbrittlement, H release behavior and oxidation behavior at elevated temperature. Mechanizms for the behaviors were analyzed and the relationship between chemical composition, microstructure and properties was established.

为研究其聚变应用关键问题，本项目研制了多种V-W-Cr-Ti-Al合金，利用它们完成了合金的回复和再结晶、时效行为和析出强化、高温力学性能、氢对合金力学性能的影响及氢脆、氢释放行为、高温氧化行为等研究，分析了合金的行为机理，建立起了合金性能与化学成份、微观组织结构的关系，是以后研制更高性能合金的基础。
